I came here to get my sound system upgraded. Oh boy was this complicated lol

I went inside his garage where there isn’t proper signage for an entrance… first thing I see I a mess of assorted junk. Dishwashers, lamps,etc..and wasn’t even greeted instead I was met with a rude owner that claimed being in business for 30 years and ranting on and on about it…without me asking! It’s like he was mad that I wanted to buy his products/services! This is confusing because if I have a business and my doors are open means that I want customers to come in right?!? Not this guy. He will tell you to go to Walmart lol

Stay away from this joker if you want your sound system done right.

Message for the owner:

Please keep in mind that even though you have been in business for 30 years you have not mastered customer service. Next time a customer walks in your shop just greet them in a welcoming way. Like “Good morning and welcome to Direct Car Audio! How may I help? Something along this line… try it it’s not hard I promise.

You may be the best professional around but your lack of customer service is preventing you from moving forward, to grow. Or are you happy doing business from your messy garage forever? I mean it’s been 30 years and you haven’t progressed...

After using Direct Car Audio 3 times in the last year, I know I'll never go anywhere else again. These guys know their stuff. You tell them what you want and you'll get a price right off the bat. The price you pay is a fraction of what you'd pay anywhere else that does audio install. Not only is the price low, but they get the job done in record time. The two times I needed a deck installed, it took less than 10 minutes. No Joke. I just recently had them wire up my amplifier and subwoofers, and from the time he was in my car to the time he was done was only an hour. It's not a rushed job either. The guy goes back and double checks that everything is looking good, and he even re-set the carpeting in my trunk to make sure it looked clean. Great place. Great service. I highly recommend them if you need anything...

I have been to this place 2x in the last 2 days for an amp for a Honda Civic. This place came highly recommended. The guy helping me seemed put off like he did not want to help me. He suggested I go to eBay instead of finding another radio system for my daughter's car. I guess he didn't think I had already looked other places and online for a replacement NEW part. He made pointed out a used part for $62. It's a shame some people can be fickle minded and think I can it afford to pay. I try to support local businesses but shame on you sir for turning away your help from a beautiful black woman. I will take my money to another place...
