Our recent dining experience at Hong Kong Kitchen was nothing short of extraordinary, as we embarked on a culinary journey that took us through the diverse and flavorful landscape of Chinese cuisine. From classic dishes like General Tso's Chicken to beloved staples like egg rolls and shrimp fried rice, every bite was a revelation of taste and texture.
We started our meal with an order of crispy egg rolls, which arrived piping hot and perfectly golden brown. Filled with a savory mixture of vegetables and meat, each bite was a delightful combination of crunch and flavor, setting the stage for what was to come.
Next, we indulged in the iconic General Tso's Chicken, a dish that needs no introduction. Tender pieces of chicken were expertly coated in a sticky-sweet sauce, with just the right amount of heat to tantalize the taste buds. Paired with fluffy white rice, it was a symphony of flavors that left us craving more.
For our main course, we opted for the classic shrimp fried rice, a dish that never fails to satisfy. Plump shrimp, fragrant rice, and crisp vegetables were wok-tossed to perfection, resulting in a dish that was both hearty and comforting. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the skill and expertise of the kitchen.
Throughout our meal, the service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring that every need was met with efficiency and courtesy. From refilling drinks to offering recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect.
As we savored the last remnants of our meal, we couldn't help but reflect on the overall experience. Hong Kong Kitchen had exceeded our expectations in every way, delivering delicious food, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that was both welcoming and inviting. Whether you're craving classic Chinese dishes or looking to explore new flavors, Hong Kong Kitchen is sure to delight your palate and leave you...
Read moreJust moved to Eloy 2 weeks ago. I still don’t have an oven/stove for my new home so I’ve been picking up full quarts of ‘to-go’ entrees from Hong Kong Kitchen for $7.50/qt and am loving it! Two quarts yields 7 to 8 portions and allows me up to 4 days of lunches and dinners. The Sweet and Sour Chicken ($7.50/quart) thankfully does NOT include pesky cliché pineapple, green pepper or other throw-away vegetables, it’s simply a huge portion of lightly battered and fried tenderized chicken breast with sweet and sour sauce. Same goes for the Orange Chicken ($7.50/quart), it’s just tender white meat chicken battered and fried and coated with spicy sweet sauce with real orange rind, probably too spicy for kids. Moo Goo Gai Pan ($7.50/quart) comes with an almost overwhelmingly amount of wok cooked tender white chicken breast slices with a good balance of veggies finished in a white sauce that is not overly salty. My only suggestion is I would like more steamed white rice to be included with the large quart size to-go orders. Today I will be trying something from the pan fried noodle section for $8.50 as well as something from the beef menu for...
Read moreFast service after you seat yourself. Soup in a large bowl with what might be slivers of tofu, hopefully. Large Entrees of fresh food. No brown rice but no MSG unlike the nearby restaurant. Service is excellent if it's on a day the young man is working that is the owner or part of the family. I am picky about customer service. If you arrive any day before 3pm the lunch special teriyaki chicken is only $4.50! I never have liked it anywhere else but here. You still get the large soup, non-pork egg roll (to my delight), & good-size puff included for that $4.50! This is the only place that has served a lot of large, fresh vegetables on top of egg fu yung & only $5.50 & again includes soup, etc. before 3:00. Having lived in Tucson 35 years, when I moved 16 miles south of this restaurant I was shocked at the very poor service in Pinal County & usually high prices, especially in AZ City so I try to eat here when in Casa Grande. As a perk, I like not having to see a buddha in the place. Sometimes they even play Christian music to my delight as I...
