Yesterday, my friend and I visited the Castle Rock Outlet, and she needed to find a foundation. From the moment we walked in, Alyssa greeted us warmly and immediately offered her assistance. She was incredibly helpful, taking her time to help my friend find the perfect foundation. Her expertise was evident, as she’s a licensed esthetician and very knowledgeable about the products.
Initially, I had no plans to purchase anything and was just there to accompany my friend. However, thanks to Alex, the manager (also a licensed esthetician), I ended up buying four products! Alex was fantastic, recommending items for under-eye care and hydration that were exactly what I needed. Rachel, another associate working that day, was also very kind and added to the positive experience.
Alyssa and Alex went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued, and their honesty and sincerity truly stood out. The prices were excellent, and I deeply appreciated the exceptional customer service they provided. This team exemplifies what great customer service should be, and I’m already looking forward to returning often and I say this sincerely: these ladies don’t make any commission on selling the products—they genuinely care about making people happy and helping them feel beautiful and confident.    Read moreI feel a little bit better after reading the other reviews. I’ve been here twice because I wanted to give them a second chance. Both times I walked in, and all the employees were hanging out in the back. Eventually they came out, didnt acknowledge me and no help offered. Browsing is an issue there, 2 of the employees not so discreetly followed me around the store. It was ridiculous, from station to station they went where I went. I was extremely uncomfortable. Not once, did they ask me if I was looking for anything in particular. I’m sorry old ladies but get a life, I’m not going to steal your discount makeup. I was just giving this store a shot because I like to be economical. After those experiences, I will only shop at REAL cosmetic stores. Was told right off the bat, with extreme conviction, that they probably didn't because whoever answered stocks Clinique all of the time and knows what she has. But, she does agree to check and comes back to say that the only type she has is the exact thing I asked her for. ? . So, I ask her which skin type it is for and she asks me where she would find that. She is the one holding the box, so I ask her to look below the product name for the skin type. Eventually she finds it; it is not the formula I need. I also asked what else they carry. She was very curt. Certainly didn't make me want to go out of my way to go look around...
