Im never one to make complaints on a small business or businesses at all but when the effort isn’t made for the price that they charge it NOT worth it. We came in with great hopes in finding my sister a quinceañera dress at a local area. We got the dress and loved it. Then everything went downhill. Seemed like they were only nice when trying to sell you something but once they got the money the customer service is awful We’ve made an appointment and once we arrived it was busy. We thought maybe since we have an appointment they would take us in. NOPE they said they couldn’t see us because they were busy. We left came back another day and they confirmed once we got there the person who tailors wasn’t there. Another appointment finally happened but we still waited half an hour. We discussed on how we wanted the dress length wise with a short tail. Once we got the dress tailored it was horrible. Blamed it on us saying we didn’t tell her the way we wanted it which we did !!!! We told her if we could see it she claimed she didn’t have time that she is busy! As if we weren’t busy going those times going back when we had the 3 appointments. Wished we never went there. Brought my mom here today to find her a mother of the groom dress after ordering 5 million dresses online that just didn’t look right. As soon as we walked in we were greeted so warmly by Michelle! My mom expressed her insecurity right away by saying she wasn’t sure if they had any dresses in her size and Michelle instantly reassured her they carried all sizes and they had something perfect for her and she was absolutely right. They have such beautiful, varied dresses that you only expect from high end shops which is lovely from a small family owned business. Quite literally the first dress my mom tried on she absolutely fell in love with! Michelle was incredibly funny and welcoming and she made us feel like we were shopping with a close friend the entire time. In one hour we had found a dress and she had it all pinned perfectly for alterations and even promised to have it ready in less than a week as the wedding is right around the corner. Went to pick up my mothers dress and veil today for her wedding on Friday. We arrived and noticed another bride trying on my mothers veil. We were so surprised and shocked to see another person trying on her veil that we already paid for. We asked for he dress and they had it steamed. But they had no garment bag to put the dress in. So we had to drive with her dress exposed. My mother had made so many appointments to have her dress perfect for her wedding. When she went to do her alterations she had an appointment on Monday at 6. She arrived and the place was packed!! She felt confident she was going to be okay- since she made an appointment. Well the owner told her that she has to help the guest before her even though she had an appointment. My mom waited an hour before she got any help for her alterations. I think this store has many issues that they need to fix so this doesn’t happen to another person. When you make an appointment you would assume they would keep there word and time.
