We have been to this location many times and it is usually pretty okay but today my husband and myself felt extremely observed by the ((employees- two older women) that kept looking at us and then talking amongst themselves, my husband expressed how uncomfortable he was after coming out of the store and I felt the same way. I am not sure if they thought we were taking something or just talking about us in general but we both felt it and it was so uncomfortable. I know this store is supposed to be an easy going place but this visit was completely the opposite. Really thinking of not coming to this location again. I called to share my experience and was on hold for 30 minutes, not one time did someone come back and say the manager will call you back or anything. Poor and disappointing...
Read moreIn all stores...too hot plus employees said it's bad for them as well. Corporate has a set the same temp in all their store & not to be adjusted. Also ..store puts the price tags on the bottom of majority merchandise. Problems---breaking a fragile item, heavy pieces--difficult to tip or lift. Ex: large planter pots,statues,lamps,,etc. Stocking/displaying items..just stuff/thrown on top of each other,,,on shelves which eventually falls on the floor. corporate needs to listen to the customer as well their employees. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the cashier was peddling a store credit card and would not take no for an answer. We said "no thank you" three or four different times before I bluntly said, "we don't want your card." Shoppers shouldn't be pressured to sign up for something they don't want, while being held hostage by a cashier...
