I've been doing a lot of tedious cleaning today so decided to treat myself to a nice bowl of Ramen. Definitely one of my favorite comfort foods. I hadn't tried Eurasia Ramen, but it's located in Cedar Park, which is very near South Leander. I decided to place my order online and do a pick up so I could eat it at my convenience . I also ordered a sushi roll called UT. The role was fried and contained cream cheese and imitation crab that was shredded. I actually ate that for lunch and it was delicious. I had them substitute soy paper. It was in a perfectly appropriate container that was rectangular and designed for a large role. It was delicious. I ate the Ramen for supper after heating it up in the microwave. Their packaging is very unique and that they separate the broth and then all the noodles and extras but it's all in the same recyclable paper bowl . I was really impressed because that made a big difference, especially since I chose to wait and eat it for supper. It was very good. The beef broth was just right with a light beef flavor and some pieces of beef within the bowl along with noodles green onion mushroom and a half of a soft boiled egg. I also ordered bean sprouts and paid two dollars extra to have them that was a minor disappointment because the container they came in was quite small And it wasn't even filled halfway so was a very small amount of beans sprouts, which I enjoy because it adds crunch. Everything was prepared to my expectations and requests . It was ready when I arrived and the young man that handed it to me was very polite and got it to me immediately.. It was kind of dark inside the restaurant, and since I only went to a counter near the kitchen I really didn't get to see the decor next time I will eat in so I can check it out . All in all I was very happy with my order and enjoyed it if you're ever in Cedar Park near the theater be sure to check out EurAsia Ramen. You won't be...

You order your own food using a kiosk, and someone will bring you food. You help yourself with utensils, drinks and condiments. They will clean the table for you. It would be great if the food runner doesn't dip the thumb in the soup when setting the bowl down. Food: The ramen menu has the basic but good flavors to choose. The noodles are pretty tasty as well. However the chasu (pork) quality isn't quite there yet. The meat is supposed to be soft and should require minimal effort to chew. A good chasu should melt in your mouth without tasting the grease fat. It really depends on the quality of the meat they use and how they cook it. Sushi: not for my taste. I judge sushi by the freshness of the fish, the taste of the rice, and the seaweed paper. I cannot speak on the freshness of the sushi because I didn't have any. With my sensitive stomach, I only eat raw seafood from trusted sources. The rice, seems like they put a bit too much rice vinegar which overpowers the original taste of the rice and other ingredients. The seaweed paper was tough to tear apart. So you finished chewing everything else first and the seaweed. Not a good way to end each bite. Atmosphere: literally okay. Nothing bad about it and nothing stands out either. Cleansess: I just wish food servers would wear masks. The plates and utensils on the self-serving table were pretty...

The wife got the house chardonnay and enjoyed it and I ordered the green tea again and it is still amazing. They very clearly know what they are doing, and our first visit was an outlier. We went at lunchtime on Sunday and while it was buiser there was still no wait to order and plenty of seating to choose from.
3/3/19: You order first, pay, get a number, and they bring it to your table. They just opened up and seem to still be working some kinks out. The Veggie Ramen was served quickly and was hot and delicious. The sushi rolls we ordered took 28 minutes to come out, which was a bit poorly timed, but the sushi was very good. Had they let us know there was going to be a long wait for sushi we would have changed our order. I did ask about our order and they said that someone called out and there was only was sushi chef.
Otherwise it seems like a great place. Very casual vibe, with DIY feel that I enjoyed. The seating layout also had a very open feel with lots of elbow room. We were there at dinner time on Sunday and there was no line and there was plenty of seating available. There are two unisex bathrooms that we're very clean and modern. And the green tea...
