The punch card system is ridiculous and ludicrous. I was checking out and I saw my total was 38.95 and I wanted to get the extra punch stamp (they do one per ten dollars) so I said to the sales girl, “Okay, I’m just gonna go buy a little pin to push the total over 40 so I can get a stamp.” She nodded and I grabbed a 2.99 pin. Checked out. Was told I was not able to get a stamp because without tax it was still under 40.

I said, “okay, I’ll buy another pin so I would have spent over 40.” Sales girl says “Okay, no worries!” So I buy another pin.

I am told I still cannot get the damn stamp due to it being on separate receipts, even though the sales girl confirmed with me multiple times I’d be able to do so.

Mind you, this is for 1/10th of a $5 reward that you can’t even stack. At this point I’m thinking this is ridiculous so I ask to be refunded for the two extra pins.

Apparently they don’t do refunds, so I ask for store credit. The two girls combined took around 15 minutes to figure this out which included multiple calls to their boss. I believe the store associates are likely undertrained if they don’t know how to do something as simple as a refund for store credit.

I come here often and usually it’s fine but this experience was just ridiculous. Please train your workers a bit more and perhaps reevaluate your ridiculous rewards system.

Will not come back to this location. I’ll go to the Austin one instead.

Also, they somehow managed to screw up the refund and only refunded me for one pin. At that point it wasn’t worth it anymore so...

Cute store, decent selection of jewelry and hair accessories. My only gripe is some of the products are CHEAPLY made but are still expensive. Purchased a hair clip for a friend since she loves them and it broke immediately. It broke the first time she clipped it in her hair! And if I recall it was $7! She doesn’t live here so I didn’t bother trying to get it back for an exchange. Just annoyed that it happened. Employees aren’t very nice either….just staying you down to make sure you don’t steal. I work nearby and I will be avoiding...

I really love this store it’s very cute! The staff is friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. The vibe and energy of the place is very happy and light! It such a cute store for wanting cute accessories and if you love K-pop!! I also love their stamp card it’s such a kind and fun way for me to keep coming back and such a nice thing a business can do ☺️. A 10/10 place definitely...
