I would give a 0 if possible. To start, my husband and I have been shopping here for a very long time. Its really gone down hill since tom worked there. But anyway went in to pick up my order for my husband I made on line and the employee told me that I shouldn't buy on line and pick up there cause then their store doesn't get credit for it. Then asked him to check on his computer when the rest of my order would be in? With attitude he got in the system and ended up having to call customer service which he made it seem like a inconvenience. Then when I did start looking around in the store he saw me go to the clearance rack and he acted like he didnt want anything to do with me. Im assuming it was a manager. Cause he was so upset about not getting commission on my on line order. I will continue to order on line and wont be coming to the store anymore. Too bad cause we have spent thousands there over the years. Jcpenny also has a good big and tall section now ill probably start...

I had an event to be a and a half an hour I came into the store with the pants on that I needed to match to I'm a bigger guy so it's hard to find clothes I came in and told the guy kind of what I was looking for when I came in first he was folding the clothes in stocking the clothes in the store then new which kind of colors he had in that would match told me which ones he did not took me over and we found exactly what I needed and under 3 minutes and I was in out into the event with 15 minutes to spare it was a great experience I would highly recommend Casual Male...

Robert was OUTSTANDING! As. Bigger guy one of the things I hate shopping for the most is dress clothes.

Robert was welcoming and knowledgeable. He helped me find what I needed. It was almost like having a personal shopper support me in getting the best fit.

I was impressed by him nailing my jacket fit on the first try.😱

I went in saying to myself I was ONLY buying a jacket but between the prices and Robert I bought a shirt( would have gotten a tie also but the color I needed wasn't available) and will be back to get that...
