I'm struggling with this review. The clothes are adorable but most really only fit a certain body type. I have been there many, many times and each time I go, I think Ill finally find something and I just don't. I feel like 90% of the store is geared towards girls in their teens and twenties. There's a lot of us 40-year-olds (and older) that still like to be stylish but can't pull off crop tops, thin material, etc. I wish they would work on some variety. Also, items are overpriced. Some of the reviews discuss return policy and I also had some issues with that. I think the communication part is what needs to be better. Staff could also be a little more cheerful and inviting. One day I was in, the manager barely said a word. Didn't help me with a dressing room or offer anything else while I was in there, nothing. She seemed to be very annoyed to be at work that day. This was my favorite place to stop when traveling to Cedarburg. Unfortunately, I will no longer visit this business. I purchased something that I decided to return. After driving all the way back from Brookfield at the soonest opportunity, I was told their return policy is only 14 days. I returned within 30 days, which is standard. They wouldn't even give in-store credit. Now I am left with a $90 item I can't wear plus wasted time and gasoline. Don't purchase anything without full intentions to keep it, because 14 days is simply impossible for many people to return to Cedarburg. Seems like a subtle way to squeeze people for money, in my opinion. In a very competitive marketplace, it would behoove a business to be more compassionate and accommodating to customers. Save a penny, but...

Zero customer service. A friend and I walked in. The clerk said hello. I was trying on clothes. Another clerk came into the store. I asked if I could try on some things....answer yes. That was it. I needed different sizes which my friend got for me. Neither clerk ever asked how I was doing or did I need anything. I went to check out...there were some shirts hanging by the register. I asked about them. Clerk said they hadn't been priced yet and it would take a while if I wanted to wait. I did end up buying 2 shirts (spending over $100) and I like them. But I will probably never shop there again. Hopefully, it was just a bad day for them. By the way, my friend and I were the only ones in the store...so it's not like they were busy helping...
