Came in today to return jeans that simply did not fit me. The jeans were $19.99, I wanted to return because they’d be of no use to me but for $20 it wasn’t that big of a deal. I went to the register, I had a receipt (top one) the tag with the pricing was unfortunately chewed by my dog but the other tags still remained on the pants. The lady working, Jacqueline, was very rude to me. She did end up doing the return but her tone was so degrading and rude. She kept saying since the tag was gone that she couldn’t return, to which I told her many times that if we couldn’t do it, it was okay it wasn’t that big of a deal. But she kept implying that I was lying or the receipt was a false/wrong receipt? Which is so ridiculous. She tried seeming like she was doing me a favor but for all that hassle she gave me I would’ve rather never attempted to return. The receipt was in fact the correct one. I came last week and bought multiple items, and kept it in the pocket of the jeans. Terrible customer service and I never want to come here again just because of that employee. She was so mean. Read moreI went to this store yesterday with my family. My boys, being boys, were playful at times, which seems to have exacerbated the mood of one of the "attendants." She started tidying up the chairs that were in the section where we were, and even though my children had not moved them, she complained about having to do so(her job). She must have assumed we would not understand what she was saying because we were speaking spanish, our home language. I decided to disbelieve we were being discriminated against, but when I asked her for help to find base layers for my baby, she immediately said they didn't have any. I had to ask her to please check, which she reluctantly did. I complained about her attitude and she, of course, denied it, but they did have the layers I needed. Didn't think twice due to it being a big store when I got home I noticed the cash was fake cash. Instantly I called the store and let them know and I was told to come by to talk to the manager. Though Sloan the asst. Store manager was very kind and helpful. Jacqueline a cashier was extremely rude about the situation insisting on why I would ask for cash back or technically why I would use that money that I was refunded. Instantly talking about the situation to customers making it extremely unprofessional as a employee. Though Sloan made it right.
