Wonderful company. I sent in a pendant to see about selling to Mason Kay. Unfortunately, it wound up being a dyed piece and I wasn't able to sell to them (They do not deal in dyed jade. I had not known it was dyed previous to this). However, I can not praise them enough at this company. They were very quick, kind, professional, patient and respectful. I was so at ease discussing everything with Jeff. Their office manager, Kim, let me know as soon as they received my pendant and what/how long to expect the process to be.
