QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Centennial

My review has 100% to do with the blond lady running the register. Talk about AWFUL! Ordered to go to take advantage of the BOGO and my food wasn't ready when I arrived. The blond lady was running frantically behind the register (it wasn't that busy but you'd think she was helping 100 people at a time). She rudely stopped a gentleman from taking his to-go order (I know they should check, but she was very abrupt with him). I decided to stand next to the empty to-go shelf and she finally asked me my name. I told her and she shoved a bag in my direction. When I pointed out that that drink was incorrect, she told me that it was 100% correct on their end. I replied that I had ordered an iced tea, not a coke (I don't drink soda). I also told her that the website was being wonky so maybe that was the problem. She shoved an empty cup in my face and told me, in a snotty tone, to have a nice day. I cannot imagine if this place was busy how she would handle it. DEFINITELY NOT who should be interacting with customers. Hopefully, she's not a manager or this store...

Overall, it was a good experience when I came here for lunch. I love how they have outdoor tables for the nice weather. I ordered my food to go. I have not been to Qdoba in a really long time, so I originally came for the tortilla soup. I discovered they no longer have that. I came midday on a weekday, so I hit the high school lunch crowd. Despite that, the service went pretty quickly. I got a bowl and a mini bowl. Since they didn't have the soup anymore, I was happy to discover the "mini bowl." I love how they have free queso and free guacamole with their entrees. I love beans, so for me, that's one of the main ingredients in a bowl. Unfortunately, the pinto beans fell short. They looked pale in color and come in a huge tub of bean water. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the chicken was good, but not enough of it. I liked my bowls overall. I would check them out again and try some queso and more sauce to give my bowls a little...

We live in Southglenn and we have been coming here for years. In the last year the quality and competence at this store has declined significantly. We have let it go the last few times but tonight was the last night and we will never return. We simply asked for a few more chips since the bags were a third of the way full and we ordered 3 sides of queso. So about half a bag between the both of us. Well we were told we would have to pay extra because its policy. As we tried to explain we just got talked down to. It is 8 pm so maybe they didn't want to make more, however i spent a good amount of money on my families meal. We walked away and she continued to talk to her employees about us and yell at us. Literally yell across the resteraunt at us. So disrespected and cheated. I will never return and urge our fellow southglen residents and co workers...
