Normally my experience here is pretty good. Theyve forgotten parts of my meal or have made it incorrectly in the past but are generally quick to remedy the situation. I understand mistakes do happen. My past order was completed over the app. I went to pick up my food (which wasn't completed by the estimated time) and went home excited to eat. Once home I realized that yet again, part of my meal was missing. I drove all the way back hoping to pick up the rest only to be notified that they were out of the product. Why was I not told when I got my meal? Why would the app not show this as out of stock? Instead of taking care of it right there I had to waste my time driving back and let my remaining food get cold and gross. The cashier was nice but never offered a refund. He told me I could choose something else and when I told him no thanks he apologized. We stood there for a moment until I realized he wasn't going to offer a refund. I would think this would be common sense but not for the Noodles and Co. employees unfortunately. After asking to be refunded I waited for the manager to approve it. Thankfully she was nice enough. I just expected a bit more courtesy in this situation as my meal was basically ruined. Check your meal before leaving everyone! You cant expect the employees to do this even if they are paid to. Im not sure how I feel about this location after reading other reviews regarding sanitary issues. Read moreMorgan the store manager needs to work on her customer service. The counter girl who rang us up gave us two water cups for our kids meals due to them being out of the soda cups. Morgan decides to yell across the store that we needed to pay for the water cups!!! We explained that they're out of the kids soda cups. However Morgan told us we couldn't use them that we had to get the drinks that were in the cooler for kids. This was ridiculous?? Why waste the cups they had already given us to replace the cups they didn't have? Then on top of everything she tells us we didn't pay for our food. However it was her cashier that hadn't pushed the button to process our card!!! Then she yelled at us that we had to go sit in the back of the room to wait on food. I had no problem with this do to COVID-19. However a please or thank would have gone a long ways. 20 minutes later we finally get our food. However there's food missing. We tell here this and she goes through our bag like we were lying? Its also on the receipt that had been taped to the bag. She proceeded to call out our order.Then returned to us saying the food had been voided off our order. Returned to us to tell us we were getting the missing food for free??? Hello its on the receipt. Read moreAppalled at the service from this location and rude manager. Order my meal with no cilantro and paid for an additional side of broccoli. Picked up my order and got home to find it covered in cilantro and no added broccoli. Called and manager said she’s so sorry and I can come back and pick some up which she will have ready for me. broccoli is not ready and they order it as I’m standing there. I mention to the manager about the cilantro, missing broccoli and asked if they check their orders for which she says I’m so sorry you had a bad experience and “well there it is” in response to the broccoli. And with an attitude no less. I expected a better and with less attitude response than that and said saying I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back to the store to just pick up an item I had already ordered and paid for so she starts yelling at me that she hopes I have a nice evening. Loudly and heard all the way through the entire restaurant. Apparently to shut me up. I tried to speak over her yelling and she starts yelling louder and right over me “ma’am ma’am ma’am”.
