Dear Dani Boutique — Local services in Center Township

I purchased a pair of jeans that I was unsure if I was going keep. I didn’t have the right shoes when I tried them on and I was very transparent about that. I asked the sales associates what the return policy was and both of them told me I could bring them back and return them within 14 days if they still had tags and I had the receipt. When I went to return them (following the instructions of both sales associates) the store manager told me I was wrong and that it was exchange only, and that is stated on their return policy. I asked her where the return policy is and she stated it’s on the receipt. In actuality, the receipt is just a link and the policy is another link located on the bottom of the invoice. I told her I didn’t read the policy because I asked the two employees that day, I guess that’s my bad?
