So ridiculous. Ordered online 1 thing, a baby tub, for pick up. The app said 2 hours. We needed it now, so we left and figured if it wasn’t ready for pick up by the time we got there (an hour later), we would just take it up to get scanned or cancel and just pay right there in store. (It’s sold out all around us and this was the only one left) My husband went in and the girl was so snotty we were there and said it would take and we had to wait another full 2 hours. My husband said he would walk back and get it, because he wasn’t waiting another 2 hours for 1 box. Right as he got there, another worker was staring at him, trying to beat him to the box (so she obviously radioed he was going back there). He hurried up and grabbed it. & took it up, she said to just cancel it in the app or wait 3 days for it to cancel itself because she wasn’t scanning it for pickup. Okay. No biggie. Canceled. ☺️ I can order from cranberry & it’s ready for pick up within 20-40 minutes, every time, no matter how big or small...
Read moreI had ordered 141 items total (a lot of it was duplicates of school supplies and such, so easy pickings for a Target employee), but I also went into the store to pick up the Dyson cordless vacuum I had purchased on Monday. Today was the Target Deals Day and I had realized that the price had dropped even more. When I went into the store I was greeted with a smile by an older women who was cleaning the carts. Always nice to see!
Obviously I knew this was a large order and may require multiple trips to the back. I was greeted again with a smile from Tiffany at the Customer Service/pick-up desk, who had helped gather everything. There were about 6 large bags plus the cordless vacuum, of which I had to return/re-buy.
She made the return/price matching such a breeze and did it with a smile. She was very polite and engaging and had great customer service. It was refreshing! Keep up the good work, Tiffany, you really made my Target experience great! And to the woman greeter, thank you for the smile, hello...
Read moreI had to come and give a big shoutout to Jill. My dog will only eat a specific type of wet dog food that only target sells. Unfortunately, they are usually sold out. So I check the app periodically to see. This morning, it said it was available. So I go, but nothing in the shelves. So I happen to find Jill and asked her about this.
