It has been a long time since I ate at any Chipotle, I'm speaking years. Every time I consider going back to try it there is another outbreak of contaminated food that is killing people or at least making them very sick. Under portion food and overpriced food does not impress me at all, that's why I had been back for years there are too many other places to choose from to piss off customers because of high prices and leaving hungry. TV advertising does work, I saw the Honey Chicken and I thought I would try that because it sounded pretty good. I ordered it in a bowl so the guy put on the rice as I had asked for and then I told him I wanted to try the Honey Chicken that I had seen advertised on TV. He put on a very skimpy amount of chicken on the rice, about a spoonful which look like a very small portion compared to the amount of rice, Not even one piece of chicken per bite. I asked him nicely if he could put more chicken on as I really wanted to see how well the Honey Chicken tasted, and he had no problem with that and put another part of the spoonful on which made it look like a fairly decent amount of chicken. I continued on down the line and they added the other ingredients that I asked for and then I went to the cash register. I paid The amount they ask for and as I was walking away from the cash register I thought damn that's a lot of money for a little bit of chicken and rice. They charge for the queso and the guacamole which I did not really have a problem with that. Then as I was looking over the rest of the receipt I saw that the MF'ers also charged me $4.50 for a few bites of chicken!!! Hey Chipotle do you really think that that $4.50 extra chicken is going to improve your profits after all of the bad reviews that you are getting including this one. In every city there are many many places to choose from to eat, but after this, Chipotle will be at the bottom of the list or not on my...
Read moreMy daughter and I ate there today, dine in (between 3PM - 3:30PM). The employee that greeted us when ordering was pleasant and assisted us with explaining the choices. We did not feel rushed and the line moved efficiently. Checking out was easy. We went to sit down and there was not a clean table in the restaurant and there was food on various areas of the floor, along with paper products. I asked the young man at the cash register if he would wipe a table since they were dirty. He asked me to give him a moment (he was cashing out a customer). That was all fine until he approached the table with a dry napkin and gently wiped the crumbs from the table into a empty food container. He then said "sorry about that" and headed back to the cash register. A friendly young man with no concept of cleanliness. I then revealed to him that the table was dirty and asked him if he could please wash the table. He again began to approach the table with a dry napkin until I firmly asked for a disinfectant/cleaning spray. He then grabbed the bottle and suggested he was getting it. He was not getting it until I asked. The cleanliness of this restaurant will be it's demise. The food was very good; however, if the store is dirty then customers will not be inclined to eat at this restaurant. It did appear that the door dash/take out orders were very busy. A suggestion - add a person to the schedule to fill product and clean the restaurant. Rotate the staff to do it. I will say, the young man that thought he cleaned was very focused on his girlfriend, as we witnessed them kiss each other two separate times before she eventually got up from where she was seated, near the register, and left. There was another customer that commented to me how bad the restaurant looked and the lack of attention to it by staff. The girlfriend must have required the extra attention, maybe? I will...
Read moreTo start off, I only had Chipotle from here 3 times. the first 2 were pleasant and enjoyable. the last one is why i’m here to state my service. To start off, I payed 29 something for me and my sister. I’m still fairly new to how this works. So I came into this Chipotle, mind you- I should’ve known something was up, because they were packed and stacked to the brim like a nicki minaj concert. Nonetheless- once I Ordered, it was this teenage white girl..she looks like her name was “britney” and she have blue eyes. I felt very Uncomfortable with her blue eyes because she felt like she was going to suck my soul and pockets out of me. So after setting up my bowl base, It was toppings. I asked for more sour cream because she gave me droplets of it, and she was very ghetto and ignorant. She had an attitude with ME! because her ladle only had a tablespoon of this rice portage she calls “sour cream”..so that’s when I looked at my sister and back at the serving girl “liikee..?” what was her issue? But I asked for more toppings on the side and had to pay for it separately. I never knew you couldn’t get more toppings in the bowl, last time the white guy did it. And he didn’t have an attitude, yet this girl did. mind you! I was happy before this because I had just gotten payed. She killed my mood and pockets real quick. SHE WAS VERY HORRIBLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! one star from me and my dry chipotle bowl. was it ever that hard to just give me extra? like if I asked for a kimchi marinated liver, you should put it in my bowl. I did spend 29 soemthing dollars on it. I should’ve known something was up, whenever I applied and they never accepted. Horrible customer service...
