When I say I love this store, I truly mean it! Immediately when you walk in, your ears are almost always greeted by the sounds of a kpop artist/group! And then you finally see the display of colorful and cute knickknacks surrounding you! The store carries a wide range of cute plushies, stationery, stickers, kpop albums, posters, and so much more! Which is why I visit this store at least three times a month (and no I’m not kidding!) While everything is a little on the pricier side (I almost never leave without spending at least $40+,) I can’t say I ever regret a purchase! Plan on spending at least an hour in here, if you’re like me, because there’s so many little things you don’t want to miss! I must note, if you’re looking for official merch, be sure to be very attentive, because not all the merch this store carries...

This store is definitely very overpriced especially when official retailers who sell the same exact items which are guaranteed authentic, are even cheaper. Why would I pay more at a store like this when others have mentioned they have received broken or faulty items, things that look like they've been returned or messed with and they don't accept returns? No thanks. The workers were indeed not the friendliest but the worst I experienced here was that they just ignore you and may be giving rude looks and stares like they don't want you coming in the first place. Lost a lot of business. I walked into the store yesterday and before I could even breath, the lady working yells “excuse do you have a mask?” No I don’t because it’s 2022 and we have learned that masks don’t do ANYTHING so I simply said no and she offered me to BUY one of theirs in order for me to continue shopping. Little did this lady know that I was actually coming in to purchase a lot of things for a party. I will be letting everyone I know about my experience but I will never ever recommend this place.
