BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE
I came to this āstoreā on June 9th looking for a Mac to use for an upcoming Software Engineering program I am currently in. I told the owner the specs I needed and he showed me a 2017 MacBook Pro. The price on the sticker stated ā$1299 original price, on sale for $1099ā(Red flag number 1, priced higher than brand new Macbooks) . He said he could give it to me for $600, which is closer to the priced for a used MacBook with those specs.
I asked him to turn it on, which took him a minute (Red flag number 2). I asked him to show me the camera so I can see that it would work for my Zoom meeting. I did notice that it was a big laggy, but I thought I would be able to play around with it a little laterā¦.
I looked up finance options that were listed on their site, and was pre approved before I came in. When I began the purchasing process, he stipulated that he had to add an extra $100 to the price because through the finance company, if I paid off the MacBook early, it would be $100 less for me and they would charge that price to him (Red flag #3). So plus tax, I was required to pay $749 for this laptop.
Feeling uneasy about this purchase, I asked him the return policy. He stated that all returns would have to go through the finance company, but there was a 90 day warranty so if I had any issues, give them the opportunity to fix it. When I got home and saw the full extent of how bad this MacBook was, I knew immediately I wanted to return it, not deal with a warrantyā¦
The finance company was super helpful with my claim. They stated that I could first attempt to see if the store would accept the merchandise back. When they called this store, they stated āthey have a 7 day return policyā. He did not mention that at all when I was in the store. So now I am having to return it to the finance company so I donāt have to pay $750 for something I canāt use.
Overall, this is the worst experience Iāve had dealing with refurbished merchandise. I was trying to find something last minute, and ended up wasting time in the process. Please donāt spend your money here, they should not be in business. Use Mac of All Trades, certified...

My mother drove to my work to pick up my broken device to drop it off. I spoke to the gentlemen before having her drive there to let him know my mother would be coming. When she arrived to the location, it was closed!!! I called 4 times and there was no answer. The gentleman then returned my call and stated that he was running late and have her comeback! He wasn't even there yet, smh. This was 11:50 and he opens at 11! Also he was dishonest about the product. He stated that he sells original OEM Apple replacements. I needed a new display. He asked my mom what time she got off and wanted to pick up the Macbook. Then after she answered he added an hour and a half to that time and said it would be ready then. Why ask, just terrible! So the big thing was upon pickup my device is not an OEM Apple product!!! It was after market! NO APPLE ON THE BACK! Then when I mentioned it he argued that Apple doesn't sell original parts. They do, they absolutely do! He also didn't offer a discount for not even being there on time and wasting my mothers gas. He said he was the cheapest around. He actually was not but the only one that had "an original" display the day I needed it. Which was a lie. After my mothers help he agreed to not charge tax and keep it at $300. He failed to say that if you use a card they charge extra. I paid $312 for a lie. I kept it only bc it worked. Idk for how long but I works at the moment. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place seems shady. I placed an Oder for an iPhone 15 pro 512 and paid the fee to have it financed and shipped. That was Friday. It is now Thursday and I have no tracking information or package . All they said was I am contacting my shipping department with an email and havenāt got a tracking number. Itās supposed to be delivered tomorrow with ups with no information to see what time they are delivering considering that I have to sign for them to deliver it. Very unprofessional. I had to get the finance company involved because he marked the item as received and I havenāt received Ben received shipping information. He said I was supposed to get it on Thursday once again with no tracking information and nothing ever came. He now says Iām being annoying because Iām asking for my shipping information. Which youāre supposed to give when shipping an item. Any other company would give the tracking information right away when they ship. For a $1600 phone this is unacceptable to me. He said heās been in business for years and I donāt understand how when Iām going through so much just to get a tracking number. I would not recommend to anyone else to use this company for getting anything shipped to them.
