Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I'll preface this by stating that I'm not one to leave negative reviews willy nilly. I've worked food service, and I understand that everyone has bad nights. In this situation, I can't imagine that this was anything other than a regular occurrence caused by the complete apathy of the employees present.

I called this establishment at 9:00PM to order a pizza that I knew they wouldn't have up if I just walked in. The store was open until 10:00PM, so I figured that I would call ahead to ensure a speedy pickup. After calling three times to no avail, I decided to head down and order.

When I walked in, the woman behind the counter looked up without greeting me, and I approached the counter. The first thing out of her mouth was, "We're only making pepperoni."

I gave her my order and paid, and I asked for a time estimate and was told it would take approximately 8 minutes to prepare my order. It was at this point that I said I had called three times. The woman behind the counter said, "We were cleaning."

While I waited, I heard the phone ring no fewer than five times, with no response from the listless woman behind the counter. It was clear to me that she simply didn't answer the phone because it was close to closing time, and she wanted to minimize the amount of work she'd have to do.

I ordered a PRETZEL crust pepperoni pizza and they gave me a regular crust pizza with pretzel salt and called it pretzel crust. They were going back and forth with me arguing that it was pretzel crust when all the facts stand that is clearly is not. They had pictures of pretzel crust posted in the restaurant and my crust looked nothing like them. Also, another customer came after me and ordered regular pepperoni pizzas and our pizzas looked the same, yet still the employee refused to admit that my pizza was not pretzel crust. Very unprofessional. I can understand if they sold out of the specific crust, but don’t lie to me and try to sell something to me that you clearly don’t have. Side note: it is very dirty...

I've frequented this establishment many times over the years. Yet, the past few months have been horrible and I will not be back. For example, just this week I stopped by at 6pm to pick up 3 of their 'Hot and Ready' pizzas. There were 5 employees, no customers in line, yet it took over 15 minutes to fill an order of 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and 1 smokehouse. Their 'Hot and Ready' promise has been lacking for months at this location. The staff are nice enough, but slow.
