Definitivamente, no regresaremos jamás.
Our experience at La Industria was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. We were a party of eight, and the restaurant was nearly empty, yet the service was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. Drinks and appetizers: The waitress took almost 20 minutes to bring our drinks, and even longer to serve a cheese dip we had ordered earlier. We specifically asked for it without jalapeños, and it still came with jalapeños. My brother ordered a tea with lemonade, but he was brought an unsweet tea without the lemonade. Main courses: After another 20 minutes, they told my sister that the burger she had ordered was unavailable—this was long after the order had already been placed in the kitchen. She had to order something else, which caused further delays. When the food finally arrived, my brother’s and sister’s plates were missing. They received their meals about 10 minutes after everyone else. Even worse, when my brother asked the waitress about his order, she didn’t even remember what he had ordered. Birthday celebration: We had brought a cake to celebrate our mom’s birthday. When we asked for help bringing it to the table, the waiter suggested adding a choco flan. Instead, they showed up with churros—once again showing lack of coordination and attention. Service and attitude: Throughout the evening, the waitress was inattentive, distracted, and clearly unprepared to handle a table of eight. What should have been a joyful celebration turned into a very frustrating experience. Forced gratuity: To top it off, when the check arrived, they had automatically added a 20% gratuity without informing us. Considering the poor level of service, that tip was not deserved. Adding it without clearly explaining it beforehand reflects a lack of professionalism and transparency.
In summary, the service was slow, careless, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially not for a special occasion. Without a doubt, we will...
Read moreThis new spot has quickly become one of our favorites! I’ve been here couple times with my fiancé, and every visit has been consistently amazing. The drinks and food are always top quality with the same great flavor each time. My favorite is their EST. CBB cocktail, made with a fantastic gin from Mexico City. I absolutely love it!
What really makes this place stand out is the service. The team is so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the staff makes you feel this comfortable. So glad to have a place like this...
Read moreI just moved to the area and my wife was craving nachos. I'm glad I went today, because their taco Tuesday special is great; $1.25 per taco is impossible to beat. The to-go order was made in exactly the time it took me to drink one beer. The asada wasn't quite as seasoned as I would have liked, but the pastor was fantastic. My wife loved the nachos, especially because of how much queso was on them. They gave me several salsas without me having to ask, and the chorizo cheese dip was a good sized portion for its price. My wife and I have agreed that LA Industria will be a regular event...
