lipo 360 and a BBL with Dr. Ball. From my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. You can get far better results at other places for significantly cheaper. I paid $11,251 to only have 1400cc (only 3 pounds) removed from my upper abs, lower abs, flanks, and waist COMBINED (significantly more could’ve been removed via lipo. I’m overweight) and slightly less than 600cc placed in each cheek. That’s barely over a pound in each. I came out of surgery with literally the same butt and stomach I had going in. Other clinics are far more aggressive, remove significantly more with lipo, lipo MORE areas for the price, and put more in each cheek (example: Mia Aesthetics placing like 1000cc in each cheek and full body lipo with BBL is like 8K!). If you’re looking for a significant difference then this is not the place for you. I regret choosing this clinic as I literally have nothing to show for $11,251 but a swollen belly that still has a significant amount of fat on it, the same hip dips and flat butt, and tears. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was essentially told that I would have to do another BBL because apparently “BBL’s aren’t a one and done thing”. You can get the results you want with ONE bbl, just not here as they clearly just want more money. I feel that my concerns were brushed off because “HE” felt we had good results....nevermind the fact that how he feels is irrelevant because it isn’t his body. I left my post op appointment in tears. If you want a REAL BBL where you actually get a butt, don’t go here. There was no offer to do anything to address my dissatisfaction. That shows they could care less about your results after the surgery. It’s all about money.

If you do choose this place for your BBL, I would recommend having a conversation about how many cc of fat is going to be removed and how much will be put in each cheek. There was never a conversation about specific amounts and I regret that now.

I’m also an ICU nurse with over 4 years of ICU experience. At the end of my surgery, my nurse was getting post op vitals. They don’t monitor your vitals during the procedure! Only pre and post op! This is odd because they give IM injections for pain and sedation. They also give clonidine (lowers BP). You’d think they would monitor vitals. Post op, I was hypotensive and symptomatic (nauseous, dizzy, light headed, struggling to stand up etc). My nurse kept rechecking my BP after waiting several minutes in between each check and it continued to drop. At the third check it was like 77/40. She told me she wasn’t going to let me go home that way so she went and got I guess the P.A or charge nurse? I’m not sure what the lady’s title is honestly. We’ll go with P.A. The P.A. was clearly in a rush to get me out of the room and get another patient in. She had me lay down and called Dr. Ball to report that I was NAUSEOUS. NOT THAT I WAS HYPOTENSIVE, BUT THAT I WAS NAUSEOUS and asked if he wanted to come give me something IV for nausea. She rechecks my BP with me laying down and with MY ARM BENT/FLEXED and gets 101/something. Any nurse knows, a flexed arm is an inaccurate BP. She’s like “oh look, 101/whatever. Let me write that down as my final vitals” so as to make it look pretty on paper, completely disregards the THREE low BP readings before that, chucks it up to that fact that I was standing when those three low BPs were taken (mind you, orthostatic hypotension is transient and you don’t get low BPs after standing for 10 minutes). She then hurries me out to my mom’s truck so fast that she forgot to even give me all of my belongings (another nurse brings my glasses out to the truck). Mind you, I was still so dizzy that I was stumbling and was too lightheaded and nauseous to advocate for myself. I understand that they operate on a tight schedule, but it should never compromise patient safety. Luckily my mom is a nurse and so am I. I was also hypotensive when I got home with a systolic in the low 80’s and a MAP in the 50’s. As a nurse, I also don’t feel this place is safe. I would never let my patient go...

My experience with Atlanta Lipo has been bittersweet. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Alexandra, Clay and Latoya were awesome! They were very helpful and informative. First appointment was ok, I met with Dr. Ball, he was not really friendly but fine. He explained the procedures to me. I was having Lipo360, skin tightening and fat transfer to breasts. I was told that the skin tightening would improve the appearance of my skin and the fat transfer would give me more fullness. He told me that some of the fat would die but I'll maintain at least 50%. A couple weeks later I had questions regarding the fat transfer process. Alexandra schedule a call with me and dr cole b/c Dr ball wasn't available. Dr Cole told me that, they would just have to do the liposuction, then the fat transfer, then the skin tightening that way they wouldn't kill the fat cells with the laser. On the day of the surgery I spoke with Dr. Ball he explained everything and we went to the procedure room. He injected the medicine and told me to relax. After 30 mins or so, he began. The liposuction was very painful, I kept telling Dr. Ball that it was hurting, he pressed on. I finally told Latoya that I wanted more numbing medicine b/c It was too painful. He seemed irritated that he had to stop and numb me up again. After, he did the liposuction of the abdomen, he did the BodyTite. Then he did the fat transfer. I was wondering why he did it in this order but figured he knew what he was doing. After the procedure was complete, I was sore but ok. Within the first few days, I began to see results. As time went on I began to see a drastic decrease of the breasts. I called the office and let them know that dr Ball transferred dead fat to my breasts and now I'm back to my original size. They told me that I would have to wait til my 6 month appointment. Dr Ball called me back and began to rudely tell me that he did the liposuction and then BodyTite because he was trying to get as much fat possible?? During my 4 month check up, I voiced my concerns again and also about the skin not showing any improvement and was told the same thing. I just had my 6month ck up on friday and had the same conversation with Dr. Ball. He was rude and adamant that there is still fullness. He showed side by side pics and tried to convince me that i was seeing improvement. I pointed out that there was no fullness and had he told me that I would not have had any, I wouldn't have paid all that money to get it done. I also said the bodytite seemed to make the skin worse. He then tells me, that there was improvement but I need to wait 9-12 months. He started pointing to the screen where he saw improvement. I showed him in the same areas where there was no improvement and it looked worse. He then says, "well the bodytite does tighten the skin so it may look more wrinkle" Like really?? You were just saying the skin improved?? He then proceeds to tell me that he never told me that I would retain at least 50% of the fat nor did he say I would see improvement in the skin's appearance. I couldn't believe that. He basically called me a liar. I told him, I was done with him , didn't appreciate how everything was handled and left. Maybe the fat transfer results would have been better had he not transferred dead fat to my breast but we'll never know. The BodyTite procedure is a total waste of money and they're not honest about the results. Needless to say i don't recommend those two procedures or this Dr. He's rude as heck and can't admit when he's wrong. Everybody else...

I had my procedure done in April and was so nervous!!! VERY FEARFUL!!! BUT ...Its the best move I made after having children... My gift to me.

I came to the practice with friend of mine who was there on her own appointment. There was an opening for a FREE consultation with Vanessa. During that time I told her my concerns and she was so wonderful explaining the SMART lipo procedure and what to expect.

It went so well and she eased all my fears I made my down payment and scheduled my procedure right away. The cost was so within reach.

The real deal is the results... Please note as I write this, I am still in the process of healing as I am only 8 weeks post op ...but I could see noticeable true results 3 weeks later.

I needed about a 2 weeks for the fluid to subside and the rest of the time is the healing time/recovery. Now, I haven't changed my diet much but I HAVE made some changes.

Yes, I cut out mixed drinks (lol), soda, juice, ONLY WATER!!! and limited drive thru once a week maybe (Chickfila) oh and stopped eating after 7pm sometimes 6pm. Low sodium diet helps...Listen to the staff they know what's best. I listened to Ashante(so helpful and supportive post surgery) and started focusing on 1 gallon of water a day ... ohhhweee that was a little difficult. hit or miss but I tried :) and most times conquered.

Last but not least my girl Mariana..The right support garment makes life lovely... Its so necessary and will make the day to day movements easier having the right post surgical support garment! After 5 to 6 garments later... Thank you Thank you Thank Mariana for making sure I had what I needed to get back in the swing of life and still be GORGEOUS :)*
