Don’t shop here this store is horrendous. I’d purchased a three piece furniture set and added an additional recliner on March 6, 2022. (First Picture) I had advised they could deliver on March 11, 2022 evening because I was moving on that day. I paid in full for everything including the protection plan and delivery and set-up. At 1:30 I arrive to my new home with entire living room stacked at my front door shrink wrapped and blocking entire front door and porch. I had my movers who charged 125/hr move furniture into home and set up for me. After unwrapping we noticed the sofa chaise set didn’t match the loveseat they sent. (2nd picture) Big difference from what I expected. I called the store and spoke with Kelly who didn’t seem a bit worried that they had made such a huge error. She advise the next delivery date was two weeks later because her delivery guys had an accident 2 days after my delivery. (TMI) for a customer. Rewind two weeks later she made an appointment for the delivery of my recliner and now the night before she needs to reschedule because two of her drivers quit? Again TMI, the customers do not need to know the internal failures of the merchants we trusted to purchase from. I advised her enough is enough I need to speak with the owner because if this is how you treat your good paying customers I’m at a loss for how they treat the less fortunate. Kelly disregarded and mishandled this entire situation and to think prior to this I was considering going back to purchase a dining set I saw. The store has been unapologetic about anything. I advise ANYONE in Chandler, AZ that if you see this store keep driving. Lack of responsibility jumps out first and total unprofessional sticks out more. And you ask for the mysterious manager or owner and no one knows where is the LLC person Frank or Ellena if you’d like to make this right, CALL ME!!! Don’t apolotand say you’re fixing it and as of 4/12/22 You haven’t. Horrible Store Still!!! Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER at this furniture place with Jamal Naser. First of all, we did not receive all the pieces we were supposed to as discussed with the person who kept saying has "15 years" of experience. If the piece was not included in the set then why not specify since the beginning and say that it was available at an extra cost instead of saying the whole set was included. Second of all, we received the wrong color sofa and it's been almost a week since the delivery and not a single person has called to notify if anyone is coming to do the switch (and come to fix the defects on some of the furniture). Left the place very disappointed and pretty much crying after seeing how aggressive Jamal "their 15 year experienced" salesman got and started screaming at us saying he did not make a mistake. He said that it was impossible as he had been doing that job for too long. He pretty much called us liars and didn't recognize he made a mistake for not giving the right information and didn't apologize at all. The other staff supported him during the whole scandal saying he was experienced, blah blah, yet it seems they forgot that he called us about an hour after the sale was made and we had already left the store because somehow Mr. 15 years of experience forgot to make a copy of the receipt? We were nice enough to go back so he could fix his mistake. The old man kept screaming "sue me, sue me, and I wish I had recorded the man screaming because I'd probably sue him then. I did ask if they had recording cameras so we could go back to the day we purchased everything that's how desperate I was to show them I was not lying but of course no one said anything or maybe they have no cameras. Everything was paid in full which goes to show how all they care is the money and not the customers or the service they provide especially since they called us liars. Since it was a saturday there was no manager to speak with however, no manager has reached out whatsoever and that says a lot about their customer service. Read moreDo not shop here! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I purchased a leather sofa recliner which looked fabulous in the showroom. We bought a warranty to go along with the double recliner. The day it was delivered I noticed that one of the recliners had major wrinkles--like they didn't put enough filler in the cushions and the workmanship in some places was shoddy. I immediately called the store and told them that I was not satisfied and wanted it replaced. I was told by the Kelly (the receptionist?) that I should submit pictures, which I did that day April 23, 2021. On April 28 I was told that they were awaiting approval to schedule a technician under the terms of the warranty. On May 17 I was told that the service was approved, and she would send the technician out in two weeks. Well between then and now, I have sent numerous e-mails and phone calls, many of which were ignored. I also asked to speak to the manager or owner several times, but the gatekeeper (Kelly) would not allow me to speak to him. I was told the piece was going to be delivered many times and that it was a matter of arranging a truck to deliver it. Today July 30, I received an e-mail advising me that I am NOT going to receive a replacement recliner because the manufacturer denied the warranty claim and says there is nothing wrong with the product. How do they know this? They never sent a technician out. They said I should use a steamer and that the fabric will settle on its own. The unit is leather and it is not settling but getting worse. I have been told to contact Parker House Furniture myself. Other than the e-mail address, I wasn't given a name or telephone number to contact. AFTER MORE THAN THREE MONTHS, I have been told that my warranty will not cover the recliner. If you want to get the run-around and lies, then deal with this company; otherwise, go elsewhere.
