Wounderful experience the first time I went in. I went in to get some natural herbs to make teas with because I had no energy, I was sick all the time, I was diagnosed with IBS, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, bouts of anxiety, and depression. I recently was referred to MD Anderson Cancer Center for high playlets and had convinced myself I was at the rusty years of my life and there was no such thing as the golden years. I went on line looking for herbs online to help build my immune system. I found many herbs and the kind of herbs that rebuild and strengthen the immune system and heal cells in the body. I am tired of taking pills and wanted to see what herbal remedies could do for me. I took my list of herbs and showed it to a wonderful young man who took time to hear my story, i gave him my list and he brought out a mixture of about 80% of the herbs on my list. He answered all my question with patience and understanding, he made sure I left with all that I asked for and gave me instructions on how to use the herbs.

Three days after starting my teas, I have been sleeping better, I have more energy, and even my husband has noticed I am much calmer and happier. My anxiety levels have decreased and so has my depression. My IBS issues have decreased as well. When I go back in March for labs at the Cancer Center I know we will see lower playlets. This is within 3 days of following this regimen.

I am so glad I found this store and can guarantee I will be a customer for life. God is good and and his herbs are a blessing and so are the folks at this store.

Honestly, I love their wide variety of herb selections and, on top of that, their extra oils and baubles they offer for sale. The inside and outside atmosphere is calming and very naturally aesthetic!

Unfortunately, I didn't feel like the customer service was really there. I've visited thrice now for different reasons with different questions and purchases and never once have I been acknowledged or greeted when I walked in unless I touched a jar or was ready to buy (mind you I've come alone with no one else in the store, with a family member, and when there were one or two others).

If you are knowledgeable about herbs, aren't concerned with being spoken to and know what you want, this place is a definite hidden gem!

On the other hand, if you're somewhat of an extrovert or just like being greeted when you walk into a shop, I can't say this place provides that based on my previous shopping experiences here. Hopefully, this will get better in the future!

As for their herbs, I love them and have used them quite frequently which is why i continue to return. They are of pretty good quality and fair pricing. Try their teas! The tumeric chai is very good....

I was highly disappointed coming in here.i got no hello or welcome in. The older lady with glasses and the younger lady in work out gear seemed they did not want me in the store they helped the other individuals. One of them got in the store after me and they proceeded to basically ingore me and proceeded to help the 2 other individuals. I was waiting around and neither of them wanted to be polite or welcoming to me. Good thing I'm knowledgeable enough to not need help,however as a business owner myself I was very disappointed by the customer service and non existent interpersonal skills possessed by these two ladies,luckily I got what I needed and I will never be back to this store. After looking at the reviews I was very hopeful and needed my supplies.if you want a cold" I just want your money" experience,this is the place for you. I notice when individuals have the money/space for business such as desert sage,they usually lack the genuine concern care and energetic connection that customers still appreciate.
