Before their "renovation", they were phenomenal, now, it's a nightmare. My friends and I would come weekly, spending over $1000 a month, now we are being nickled and dimed over a bottle of water.
We used to feel like we were family, now we feel like we are just another tab. The hookah isn't good now, I've had my order messed up several times since they reopened.
I left the country for a month and came back thinking I would give them another shot, only to be told my bottle of water isn't okay. I grabbed a bottle of water when I left my house because I was planning to buy food and a smoothie with my hookah and knew I'd want something light too and was told I couldn't have it.
Two dollars.
Before their renovation they were packed, you'd have to actually wait, now, they are half full and like us, more and more people aren't coming back. There's numerous hookah places in the Valley. This is what happens when your service becomes awful.
Edit to Add:
This "experience" was provided by their "manager". Before the renovation, Seif and Sam were the guys. They consistently provided a phenomenal experience regardless of when you came. Now, Sam is gone for who knows what reason, Seif is now joined by two new "people" and the "manager".
Additionally, we were informed they will no longer accept AmEx because "it sucks", albeit their fees are higher.
Overall, it's the actions of this "manager" which have furthered my decision. I wrote the majority of this review while I was there and waited to post it ad I was hopeful the "manager" could turn it around. However, as we went to pay, he refused to listed to reason and rathered his point be heard than understand the position of...
Read moreSo my guy Rakan took good care of us. This was our first time of course. We got citrus an mint which i would highly recommend and rose moonshine and they both hit smoth as puding homie on God....anyway...the service was the most important, Rakan was very open minded, open and respectful even for some small talk and he made sure our coals were good and our mint tea was hitting correctly. All in all ive been to plenty of hookah lounges across America and this is definitely a home base when im in Arizona. We showed up on a Wednesday so it wasnt packed, maybe like 3 or 4 other people but thats cool if thats what you are looking for. Highly recommend this place for a laid back experience and dope music from another culture as well as modern music an culture in America. Clean an well kept. Make sure Rakan gets his raise or bonuses. I cant speak for a weekend but im sure vibes are the same and the only reason you could catch a problem here is if you bring it yourself. So please dont come here with dat bs or drama. covid 19 messin up vibes an this is a cool place to chill. Even my homies who havent smoked hookah in 5 years can agree with me^_^ hope this helps who ever is curious bout...
Read moreThis hookah lounge truly is a hidden gem. I'm lucky to have found it after being to several other lounges in the area. Unfortunately they cannot serve food due to laws in the Chandler area, but they make up for it ten times over in service and kindness. The bowls are packed expertly and they will custom blend your flavors for you and keep your coals fresh. Its a relaxing atmosphere to head into after a long day at work or if you simply want an excuse to work, read, or lounge outside of home. I cannot reccomend the house tea enough. Black tea with notes of cardamom and mint and is truly exquisite. You won't be dissapointed in the wonderful atmosphere...
