Ive been buying/trading cards here for quite some time and I have to say whatever has happened with this card shop, chances are they'll never get my business again. Idk the names of the employees but a guy wearing glasses is about the most ignorant and ungrateful employee I've ever seen in a business anywhere little own at a card shop. As an avid collector of all cards I expect the employee to help out when asking questions and actually give me advice on certain cards which he doesn't. Everytime I ask to look at a card I have to ask roughly 4 or 5 times then it's like he is put out and off taken just because I'm asking to checkout a card in the case. When ive asked to look at binders I'll get remarks stating "nothing is really in them" on top of that instead of giving me 80% on my trades he don't come close to that. He's pricing his cards at inflation pricing higher then the retail but offering them under what I paid for that card or item I do understand it's a business but being an arrogant, disrespectful human when I've given them 10s of thousands of dollars over the time frame ive been going. I mainly do sport stuff but I seen a very friendly customer wanting to buy pokemon cards not long ago and the way that customer was treat I ended up walking out and not purchasing the item I came to get or find a card I wanted and left with nothing for that reason. I truly prefer going to a shop that respects the customer and put there needs ahead because thats who keeps the stores in business. Ive actually got told by him they "sold a card" or "didn't have a card" that they did have that I ended up buying from a different employee who was just as arrogant when the guy with the glasses walked away. While I was looking I said might as well buy a pack of evolving skies ($30 pack of cards) thatās when I started to realize the guy with long hair and glasses was the most arrogant employee ive ever dealt with. Threw the pack on the counter never asked if maybe I wanted to pick which pack I wanted Iām 70% they was resealed. Had my brother take a video of opening so I have the video with several reasons why it was more than likely a resealed pack of cards Iām not gonna go into that. Even after that I still tried to give them my business asked a question about a booster box that was Japanese. Employee said itās Japanese I agreed to that obvious fact then asked my question again. He stared at me and said I donāt speak Japanese do I look Japanese. Then turned and walked in the back leaving me looking at products I was going to buy. It took every ounce of will power for me to just turn around and walk out without making the situation much worse. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE WORST EMPLOYEE IVE EVER SEEN 3 other customers came in the shop While I was there and left the shop without one word spoken from the employee. Iām still in shock at how I was treated and now have $30 worth of used cards that look like you gave them to a toddler they was so damaged that was supposedly āsealed productā attached below is a picture of the code card cause itās black and easier to see the damage every cards edges was just like this black code card that for some reason was in the middle of the pack along with no energy card in the pack either...
