Reply: I’m not sure how you can write all these . I understand you try to keep your customers as you should. But I know and you know what happened and you yelled at me and you were the one who contacted me just a few minutes later to issue my refund. I had the most difficult experience with your shop that I’ve never had anywhere else. I feel everyone should know about the way you guys treating your customers and the hard time they might experience.
One think I wish I knew before I shop from this store and I leaned over a hard way was it’s always better to go with the jewelry stores that they have corporates and meaningful policies that makes sense. It would definitely give you less headaches and more sense. These type of stores once they made their sale they tried their best to keep your money in their pocket. Our 10th anniversary gift that I wanted to buy for my husband, turned in to a tragedy and sad situation they put me through. They made sure to giving me a zero customer service experience with a lot of disrespect and You’ll definitely will get a hell of a show experience if you want to return your item even if you made your purchase less than 24 hours on a Saturday evening. They’re so disrespectful and they have no justification whatsoever. The owner has no policy and no respect and his lack of poor personality is so obvious. I think he needs to take some business and customer service training classes just to start to learn how to respond and behave to a customer. Had purchased a custom ring for my husband for our 10th anniversary, I bought it for $1000, that I later figured the same brand band ring you can buy it for half of a price online from the same vendor. Came back the next day to return the ring that they claimed it takes 3 to 4 weeks to it get ready, surprisingly they said it’s already sent out to the vendor to making it and they can’t return it plus I signed on a receipt that it said no refund for custom order which I wish at least they were more clear before I use my credit card. They make sure once you complete your order then they explain about their poor return policy. I must mention that I used to work for ZALES and even if you buy a custom ring you’ll still have 4 DAYS to CANCEL your order! Its impossible for the vendor to make a custom ring that they just put it on their order on a Saturday night and less than 24 hours and also why then it would takes up to 3 weeks for them to get it done?? Nothing logical to make any sense came out from their mouth. The owner was so disrespectful, rising his voice up on my face, he wouldn’t even letting me to explain my point, he was so mad and shouting that he needs to call the vendor tomorrow morning to see IF THEY CAN “cancel” the order that I bought on a Saturday evening and because they close he can’t reach out to them. I asked them about my order number to call the vendor myself, something again SO NORMAL in corporate base jewelry stores that you can contact the vendor yourself and follow up your order, which oddly they refused to give me any information about my own personal order!!There’s so much to say about the game they played on me and I left the store to call my lawyer not only because of my situation but also for their bad behavior and disrespect. Out of nowhere 30 minutes later the owner that continually told me that the vendor is close today and they can’t reach out to them, called me to giving me my refund! He said he “emailed them” and they accepted to cancel my order. What a joke! Something that they ABSOLUTELY could have done on a first place. But they tried their best out of it for any cost to keep the sale they made! don’t know how to explain about the horrible and stressful experience I had with this store and they put me through. My husband had originally liked a men’s wedding band there, so I went back to buy it and they had all the details on file so I could easily order it when I arrived. The actual ring wasn’t there anymore but they were able to order a new one from their vendor. I worked directly with the owner and the associate, they were a pleasure to work with. Very genuine and good people that I trusted to do business with. The price was reasonable and I felt like I was receiving good value for what I paid. They are doing an engraving within the ring with my handwritten message on the inside, which I think is really special. I can’t wait to give my husband his ring. (We got married but waited on wedding bands). I also purchased the plan to care for the ring which is lifetime so I have peace of mind, cost was also very reasonable!
