The LEGO® Store Chandler Fashion Center — Local services in Chandler

So unfortunately this store is always the best but yesterday my partner called regarding returning a Lego set in which they stated it was fine over the phone. We’ve arrived at the store and the manager was very rude with a horrible tone when she heard we were returning a Lego set that was open which we had stated on the phone it was open. Anyways she gave us the most horrible experience take in mind she kept saying next time we don’t take Lego sets that are open with a entitled tone. She also didn’t want to give us even a store credit . Just a bad...

Incredibly unhelpful people. I brought my son here to work on a gift idea for his mom. We must have been in there for 20 minutes. Not a single person came up to ask if we needed help. We definitely looked like we were looking for something in particular (which it seems they didn't have) instead of just browsing, but still not a single "is there anything we can help you find". My son went to go ask for help and was dismissed. Apparently they were to busy talking about star wars than helping customers. P.S. selection...

I had the most amazing experience at this location, with everything going on in the world we all could use compassion and happiness. I am very thankful for the wonderful staff, they made my experience today so AMAZING! I highly recommend this location! I will say Adrianne and Sara both were very amazing at helping me pick out my next Lego project and I have no other words than thank you for making this such a wonderful experience! I will be back again and I will definitely recommend my friends to this...
