Boba Tea Company — Restaurant in Chandler

Very delicious choices. I recently stopped going for the overpriced, poorly managed, and long lines, but came back today to find the prices dropped, ordering online, and the drinks were actually filled to the top instead of being shaken and have 25% of it be air and bubbles.

In the past they wouldn't have certain types of boba and tea, and wouldn't even have their most popular ones for at least ~2 months I've gone there.

I stopped going as they managed everything horribly, and I felt like I was being ripped off. I had a desire for it once again, ordered online to skip the line and got the drink the way I first started to.

Only complaint is the there is no online pickup line, or anything saying about it. Giving the false impression that you would have to wait I in line regardless of online order. You could just approach from the right side and say, but usually their computers act up (having this be a COMPANY problem, rather then workers) and they usually just ask you what you ordered online instead. This leads to people probably stealing from them if the time is right, and this needs to be pointed out so it could be fixed. I expect people to exploit this knowledge, and I say good; the place needs some upgrade. Poorly handled, even worse store location and lines... Great boba, better prices, and proper attention again.

I will not be going back regardless, the line issue and overall trust of the company has failed me. Costco (just around the corner) has a 10 pack of brown sugar boba for $12. So as of competition, my needs are met. I don't need this place, but appreciate the diverse choices when I'm feeling a bit more creative.

Bosa donuts have their Thai tea boba still much cheaper, most Chinese places with Thai tea boba are cheaper by 2-4 dollars.

Like the drink flavors..service varies depending on location which sucks. I have been going for quite a while only to find out there is rewards program and I had been earning but only when I used a particular card to pay.. how did I even sign up? Why has no asked me if I was enrolled? I found out I had a free drink based on my card payment.. frustrating because I could've received more free drinks had I known to tell them I had a reward account. That's right you have to tell them or they won't ask. The last person connected my phone number now so it's not just based on my card.

2.6.2022 Found out today the secret menu no longer exists. They used to give you a secret menu card before and easily found out online. All the same the young man advised a close comparison. And today he was able to take my gift card without having to show him. So that was cool. Using my gift card here has been a bit complex. Do not order online and honestly terrible service please don’t come ever come here. I placed an online order and waited 30 minutes. I’m a very patient person who works at a restaurant so I get a rush but I watched about 30 people get their drinks before me and I was ignored constantly by an boy(blonde, white, about 5’7 working the register) who looked like he was in high school still. I just got off a 15 hour shift and had my classes after so was exhausted but my family wanted this place. I went up again and again but I waited 30 minutes, I went up to the register again and he said “We never got the order.. wait.. oh we got it 10 minutes ago. We can make it right now” Really?
