Update: Read their response. So inappropriate to blame the customer for their bad food. No wonder they have only three stars (which us really bad in Chandler) and anyone with taste buds rates it poorly. Makes me angry they don’t try to get it right the first time. A customer shouldn’t have to complain and ask for their food to be remade. That’s insane and a poor business model. Trust the negative real reviews. Avoid.
Not sure what happened here but when they first opened the food was actually really good Thai food in a mall or not. Yesterday however, it looked and tasted as if new owners or managers took over and changed the quality of the food went downhill.
The rice noodles in the Pad See Ew were hard and tasted stale and had an odd color (even with sauce on them). Didn’t look or taste like it used to and like others have said, it’s expensive. Portions are large but mine wasn’t edible other than the tofu. Wound up throwing it away. What a waste. Was a plate of hard yucky noodles with some tofu and very little veg.
Service is friendly, fast and nice but the food now leaves something to be desired. It’s a shame because I used to...
Read moreI ordered the curry combo (each dish can be upgraded to a combo, which includes a mini soup and a drink) through DoorDash this morning and was extremely disappointed. I strongly suspect that someone may have intentionally messed up the food.
I have eaten at this restaurant in the mall before and the Tom Yum soup I had then was the normal orange color it should be. All the pictures of the soup on the platform and Google reviews also show the soup in its usual orange hue. However, the soup I received today was soy sauce-colored, or rather, it seemed to be just soy sauce. It tasted extremely salty like soy sauce and had a foul sour taste, making it inedible, so I couldn’t eat any of it, which was a complete waste of money.
I am genuinely very disappointed and will not be visiting this restaurant again. I hope this review helps others avoid ordering the...
Read moreThe food was okay. I liked the imperial rolls and the pad Thai, the orange chicken had like 4 pieces for $9. I’m paying nine bucks for this???? The orange chicken lacked a lot of the key flavors that make it what it is. I would return but I’m unsure at this point. Eating Thai food has been a struggle since I moved states. The cashier was rude and the chef was decent. We paid close to $22 for food that was bland and flavorless. Update: the cashier never offered to ring up our order as a combo. She just took our order. The food was not “mild or spicy” it was bland. Do you use stock photographs for your food menu? The food is not the same as it looks in the advertisement. In fact she went to the back to see if they had anymore imperial rolls to make. After ordering, the cashier gave us a look like 😒🤨 this is your...
