Today’s debacle was not entirely the fault of the restaurant, but how it was handled was poorly. I was trying to place a mobile order using their app for curbside pickup and for whatever reason it timed out. I had to re-enter my order only this time it did not tell me it changed the pickup time to the following day. I did not find this out until sitting in the curbside spot for 20 minutes having texted the number on the pickup spot. I receive an email saying my food will be ready the following day at 1030 AM. WHAT?! I call the restaurant from my car and tell them my true feelings about their mobile app and ask when my order is coming out. They say it’s not. You can imagine my frustration at this point. I told them to just cancel the order and provide proof of cancellation. They said they can’t do that, they have to email corporate. I told them I don’t trust them enough to refund it without a paper trail. They put the manager on and she takes my email claiming she will copy me on the refund request. No apologies, no sympathy, just we’re closing now and can’t help you with your order. Time will tell if they’ll actually refund me or if I’ll have to invest more time by calling my bank to dispute the charges and even more time awaiting the merchants response. Do yourself a favor and find a more hassle free restaurant to visit. ...

Delicious, I appreciate the area and how easy it is to get your food for pickup in store, or if you want to dine in, you can. They have amazing chips, and even better sandwiches.

Only personal complaint is how some of the sauces/spread taste like how nail polish smells. Don't know how they managed this, but might be personal thing I hate.

They have good portions, clean areas, and better fountain drinks as it's not the horrible tap water hook up at most places.

Cakes feel dry, and unfortunately there is no nut-free alternative for carrot cake. When I found out it has nuts, they replaced it instantly for me, so I am appreciative over this.

Sandwiches need to be lined up more as when you get them, it falls apart fairly quickly, regardless of the toothpick inside of it. I expect this to just be a lunch rush mistake instead, so I don't hold it against them.

I do hope for more combos, to save more money, but am fine with the portion sizes from the price itself.

Seating is nice, as you get to choose your area, as long as you have the given symbol for your table.

No further issues, I love going here regardless...

Quite disappointed with the service. The tables were left unclean and full of dirty dishes until we asked that one be cleaned so that we could sit down. We then noticed that half of our food order was ready but that for over 15 minutes it kept getting moved back and forth across the service counter to make room for other orders that were completed. After waiting 20 minutes we asked a server when the rest of our food would be done so that our order would be brought to us, she only said that they were busy. There appeared to be no mention of our inquiry when she went back to the service counter and no employees plating the food seemed to have any sense of urgency. Finally after 25 minutes we canceled the order and left without any food brought to our table. No apologies from the cashier. No apologies from anyone. No thanks for coming in to try the food. Complete apathy. We got the feeling that they had forgotten to complete our order but then never followed up on it! I just hope that our order was refunded to our credit card as they told us they couldn't print...
