My dad was referred to this office thru his general practitioner and I can't for the life of me understand why, our experience as a family has been atrocious, not to mention my father's as the actual patient.

Firstly, it took us months to actually gain an audience with any doctor, NP, or PA, while in the meantime my father continued to struggle with his undiagnosed issues, noticeably losing weight in the last half year (so much he's had to buy new clothes). Each time we were in the office, the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, giving him the runaround several times by asking over phone for him to come in only for him to be told to make an appointment on the phone when he showed up at the offices. At one supposed consultation a woman informed him of nothing and sent him back for more blood work with his general.

After all that, when he finally had an appointment and we were sure that his latest tests and blood work had been sent over from his main doctor, he was informed that they had reviewed his information and that "undiagnosed" illness had actual been given a diagnosis months ago which they had simply sat on (including at the time of his first appointment/"consultation"). Shout out to PA Steve at the office on Warner for being the first and only decent, professional person we've encountered on this team so far, and the one who finally gave my father his diagnosis after half a year of suffering in the dark (significantly, he seemed concerned at how my father had been treated and was surprised he didn't know already, perhaps this man should find a better practice to dedicate himself to).

I can't begin to describe how despicable it is that my father was treated in this manner for so long (although I think anyone reading this review would understand regardless), or the contempt I have for a doctor who seemingly can't even pretend to treat his patients like human beings and surrounds himself with associates whose only role is to set up roadblocks and obscure important information from patients with identified problems.

If you are referred to Reddy and Associates either hope you get lucky and meet Steve or another decent team member (assuming there are any) or ask for another recommendation...

I was in the hospital this year and was nearly at deaths' door. I was passed around from doctor to doctor before I had the misfortune of being sent to Reddy GI and Associates. Dr. Gohel is fantastic, he handled me and was able to diagnose me on my symptoms alone, then followed up with positive blood tests and a colonoscopy/EGD to confirm. Dr. Reddy himself did my procedure, and re affirmed my diagnosis from Dr. Gohel. That was almost 2 months ago. I've been to the office twice now, where Dr. Gohel has been out sick, and I was stuck with some random Doctor. I got a, "Hi, is this your first time in our office?" This gentlemen had no, ABSOLUTELY NO, idea what he was doing. He told me I was not diagnosed, he wants to send me out for the same blood test his office already sent me out for, (which they have on file), followed by a Colonoscopy, (which they also have on file .) What a disconnect! He refused to listen to me and was speaking over me. Quite possibly the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. When he realized how incompetent he was to read my file or help me, he insisted I leave with a full refund and return when Dr. Gohel is available. Now it is over 3 months since my diagnosis, 2 months since my procedure, and I am absolutely miserable with no assistance or guidance from the PAID professionals I went to for help. Dr. Reddy and Dr. Gohel are the only Doctors who should be allowed to practice at this office. Save yourself time, health, and quality of life by choosing a different office. Extremely...

NOTHING LIKE LEAVING A WOMAN WITH SIBO IN PAIN ALL WEEKEND, LONG WITH NO MEDICINE SINCE THEY DIDN'T GET HER MEDICINE TODAY AND THEY ARE CLOSED SHE'S GONNA HAVE TO GO THE WHOLE WEEKEND WITH NO MEDICINE. PATHETIC DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR FAMILY OR ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS CLINIC

This place is horrible and doctoe Maria takes her sweet time getting my wife the medicine she needs. I do not recommend you come here or bring anyone here! My wife has been sick.AND NOW THEY HuNG UP ON ME!! They refused to take phone calls.They refused to give you the medicine you need, they won't make you a complaint to someone that's higher up.They just hang up on you and ignore your phone calls. This is not the last that they've heard of me and I will be back for all of their licenses.

You will all report for this, and what you've done to my wife. You will not get away with treating people this way i promise you...
