FLOORING BUYERS BEWARE. We made a bad decisions going with this store in particular. We almost went with floor and decor simply because they had better customer service. We went against our better judgement and went with tile we found at Home Depot. They initially said they didn’t have any of the flooring then stated they found some. They refused to deliver it into the garage so they left it in the driveway. Our hoa doesn’t allow cars on the st so we had to move 3000 lbs by ourselves to avoid a ticket. Then when we opened the boxes three pallets were shattered. I went to get more flooring to replace it and the management refused to replace them. Also they clearenced our flooring the day after we bought it for Pennie’s on the dollar. We got lucky and just barely had enough floor with non left over. Lo and behold our headache was not over. After grout the tiles as you’ll see in the photos are different finishes. Something that wouldn’t really be noticeable but as soon as it was clean and catching sunlight you can see it. After two days of fighting to even get ahold of anyone at the store they sent somone out to look. Gabe at this location confirmed they are what’s called a different dilot and this happens when they pull from different pallets. So because the flooring was about to be clearances I assume we just got a bunch of random boxes thrown together. I understand things happen but now I’m on the hook for about a grand to fix this and somehow find the tiles that are the correct sheen to match. I fought tooth and nail just for some kind of accountability but this location said their installers would have noticed and it’s not their fault for giving me a non uniform floor. Even thought the difference is slight it is frustrating seeing it in the walkways. I asked for help and was referred to Makayla whom flat out said we are not helping you your on your own. I attempted to call corporate but that was just another rabbit whole of frustration. So long story short I’m out an extra thousand AND HOURS AND HOURS OF MY TIME. A delayed project and Home Depot took zero accountability to help fix it. They’re quality control is terrible I’ve had issues on almost all bigger orders through them. I warn you and urge you shop elsewhere for flooring items. Even if cost is a bit more for flooring the headache is not worth the cheaper price. Check floor and decor, Monterrey tile and the tile shop. Terrible way to do business and I will not ever get tile...
Read moreI do not recommend Home Depot for tuff shed purchases at all!! I wanted to buy a tuff shed and told the cust service rep that I wanted the low interest 90 month term. When I got home I realized she signed me up for the HD credit card. I called credit dept and they said credi payments would be $400 a month. I went back to the store and another rep traci said I should have been signed up for the project loan. She signs me up for project loan and even called the loan dept to confirm payment amount and term. A rep from Home Depot project loan dept named Andrea told Traci and I it would be 90 months and $51.08 a month. So traci canceled my transaction that was on the credit card (which of course delays and pushes back instal date). Traci rings me up again for project loan. The tuff shed is suppose to be installed on Tuesday Nov 30th. Today I get a payment reminder text that my 1st payment is due Dec 5th and will be $89.80. I called the project loan. Dept and the rep pretty much said the Home Depot project loan employee lied to me and my payments are $ 89 a month and the total interest of the loan is over 5k(which is more than the shed costs). I am furious with how this companies loan dept/tuff shed rep bill hoel has handled things. This has been a nightmare and I do not recommend anyone by a tuff shed from Home Depot. None of the employees seem trained or knowledgeable on selling tuff sheds. The rough shed rep bill should be training store employees on how to sell. Every Home Depot I have been to has not been able to answer my sale questions the last year I have been shopping for one. This stores manager chris has been super awesome and compassionate about the whole situation but the project loan dept has been aweful and not...
Read moreDO NOT SPECIAL ODER ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT!!! - I've been a home depot guy for 25 years. I even started driving further when i moved 1 mile from a lowes because im a loyal guy but the last year has taught me that Home Depot and their "partners" dont care about taking care of their customers! They will cash your check but dont back their products or help you with their vendors!! After i had to go through months of fighting with Tuff Shed without the home depot rep ever even calling me back, i thought it was just Tuff Shed. But, recently, i ordered 4 custom windows worth about $4000 and was extremely dissapointed again!! After waiting 5 months, they showed up from The Milgard factory completely scratched up! When i went to pick them up, all the ladies behind the counter were very kind and agreed that something was wrong and that they looked terrible. However, after the Milgard rep told the store that they werent going to do anything about it. Home Depot sends Carl to tell me that "this is normal" and to deal with it. He literally said, "you can hire a guy to put some putty in the scratches and sand them down. It wont be that noticeable." I would expect a company as big as home depot would have some leverage with their vendors but after two different encounters, with two different vendors and home depot completely refusing to back the products they sell, they have proven to me that they really dont care or want my business. I've officially converted to Lowes and so...
