Went with my sister to this location was actually just walking through downtown Charleston, and they pulled us in to show us an eye cream, my sister really likes the eye cream, so she purchased it well then, of course, they're wanting to offer her even more and more, although we continuously told him that we needed to leave he kept insisting that they could hook her up with this wonderful product. At the time that she purchased it, it was never mentioned that she could not return it. Ironically, they actually continued to tell her that if she didn't like it to. Please return the product. 2 days after purchasing it we contacted them to let them know that we would like to send the product back. We were trying to get a label to return it. Since we live out of town away from Charleston, we were told. However, that we must return it to the store to get a refund upon entering the store. We were told that they were contacting the manager to be able to make this refund because of the amount the woman who we were told when we bought the item was the manager told us she could not reach one and we could not get it returned. She advised us that she would take our number and see what she could do, but that there were no refunds or exchanges allowed after 7 days, which was not what we were told at the time that we purchased it. This place is a complete scam. They're only after your money, and once they get it, you have no recourse with them. Their parent company was more than willing to work with us. And Sara said she would ship it to me for free, at lunch I started to think I never really got anything about the item I purchased and thatâs when I looked up their website and found all the bad reviews! I went back to the store for a refund and she tried telling me it already shipped out, it was Sunday and only and hour later đ then when she tried to credit my card their card machine said declined, and she told me I must have went over my limitâŠwhat?!? It doesnât work like that!!! Itâs a credit!! So, I call my credit card company and she told me she didnât have the time cause she had a facial appointment, whatever, my CC said the same thing, it doesnât work like that!! She said you watched me try and it didnât work. She canceled the order in their system and said it would not charge me. But, today the charge posted to my account! This is a brick and mortar store, what they are doing is criminal!! Sarah is a smooth talker, donât be fooled by her! Donât trust them!! They needed to be shut down!!

   Read moreI was walking in Charleston (on vacation) with my family, killing time before we had to go to the airport. Our flight was soon and we only had about another 40 minutes to spend downtown. A very nice, sweet lady me into the salon, telling me that they were celebrating their companyâs 5th birthday and were giving free samples. I politely refused, but the lady pressed the samples into my hands and then wrapped some up in plastic for me to take home. I started to leave, but she grabbed me and sat me down in a chair and proceeded to tell me that they were going to try some new eye cream on me. I tried telling her that I didnât have the time, and that I needed to leave and get to the airport for my flight home. She applied the cream to my under eye while asking me where I was from and where I was headed. I told her multiple times that I needed to leave because I had a long flight home. It became very clear that she was not listening to anything I was saying when she asked. âIs it a long drive home for you?â When she was done with the first eye she tried to get me to buy $600 eye cream. When I refused, she gave me a business card and told me to come back later so she could treat my other eye.
