Spencer's — Local services in Charleston

I'm in shock. I recently survived a bout with cancer. While shopping in Spencer's, I got very ill. Very bad, painful nausea, and weakness. Practically choking to keep from getting sick in the store, I made my way out to a bench outside in the mall atrium.. My fiancee followed me out to check on me. I asked him to please go back inside and get a plastic bag for me. There were no garbage cans in sight. I would have gotten sick in front of everyone. He returned very quickly, but angry, with a bag provided by GameStop where we hadn't even shopped. The nice clerk had no problem giving him one after he explained the situation. She could also see me outside turning green because I was so sick. Spencer's, despite having just spent over $100, refused to give him one!!! He told the female clerk why it was needed. Nope!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My daughter & friends were there (Charleston WV) yesterday. My daughter’s new to the whole debt card/cash app thing being a younger teenager and all. She didn’t have enough cash on her card for her purchase, so she called me in the middle of a transaction. Instead of figuring out how to help my daughter at all, a separate employee (not the actual one doing the transaction) stepped in and voided her purchase. All of her money was taken from her cash app card and is currently in “holding” until they decide to give it back. She did have cash on her & just needed a minute to figure it out, but I digress. Customer service was called & literally that’s all they could tell me is it’s “cash app’s fault” & “we don’t know when the money will be returned to you.” Since when does a company take the money available in the account when your card has been...

Basically I was there yesterday, and I’ve went there twice in a day at the mall I’ve brought a crystal and also balloons. There was a red head ( ginger ) with freckles with a head band who told the security guard that we was stealing but how did me and my friends steal when we’ve been buying from the store all day? Weird so we went up in there and ask for the footage they was not willing to show the footage and pretty much lied but I’m black I feel like that was racially profiled in so many ways and racially motivated and i review this store 1 star because i refuse to feel uncomfortable in a store I love...
