These bagels are soo good you can eat them without the spread. Don’t get intimidated by the line is moves fast, they have good system and fresh bagels coming out every other minute. Unlike similar bagels places this one has a very limited menu and I am here for it! This not only lets them perfect the few flavors they have but it keeps the line moving. Less is definitely more. I have been here three times in one week and have no regrets. Scallion cream cheese is good and my favorite bagels are the sesame and everything. They also have refrigerated coffee cans and lemonade. Seating is very limited inside, ample outdoor shared seating at the bowl. Parking is okay, paid street parking available. That whole area is kid friendly. Vegetarian friendly. Glad to see a great bagel place in south Charlotte

Pop Up Bagels has such a cool atmosphere. It’s way more than just a bagel spot. They had a live DJ when I went, and it gave the place this fun, laid-back energy that made it stand out. The staff were super friendly and clearly cared about the food and the vibe. I can understand how some people might not love the whole “rip and dip” concept if they’re expecting a more traditional bagel sandwich, but honestly, the quality, creativity, and overall experience totally outweigh that. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the energy in the room made it a spot I’d definitely go back to. It was speedy too! Bagels were fluffy and great! My pup even came along and loved hanging out outside listening to the music while I enjoyed my bagel.

I have been trying to get to this restaurant for a year. When I found out there was location in Charlotte. I came out . I always thought that the hype for this place was overhype but the bagels are really good hot and fresh. I really didn’t need the cream cheese they were delicious without it. Which is rare for me. I never had bagels that I can eat by itself and I had a lot of bagels in my lifetime.

Hate the facts that you need to purchase a minimum of 3 bagels, they don't slice or toast them, and force you to purchase a tub of cream cheese as well in the "pack" of 3 bagels. The attitude I received this week after arriving at the store was also horrible. I was really excited to try these bagels (as I've heard they are very good). The cashier looked at me (after I attempted to order one bagel, sliced with cream cheese), and kind of snottily she said "You've never been here, have you?" I really didn't appreciate the way I was treated and won't be back. After reading lots of reviews, the single bagel option seems to be an issue. (*Especially with business commuters - and how many people drive thru the area for work) Good luck...
