Braids, Locs and Natural Styles Salon Suite — Local services in Charlotte

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! Here is why: I spoke to one of the stylists on Instagram Specifically named Loc Pharmacy, and after telling her what I needed, which was washing, retwisting, and styling locs. She sent me a link to book. After I visited the link, I found out they require a booking fee of over 50 dollars. After mentioning that I wasn’t comfortable booking due to the deposit requirement and my previous negative experiences, she suggested that I come on Friday, which is the day walk-ins are accepted. I responded that I would be there bright and early, and her response was, “See you then.” After a one-hour drive from Lake Norman to Charlotte, I had to wait over 20 minutes at the door before someone finally opened it. I was shown where to sit and told the stylist I talked to wasn’t in yet, and after three full hours of waiting. She finally responded, texted me, and said she wasn’t taking in walk-ins until 2 p.m. This is after I wasted 3 hours sitting and waiting. I left in tears. Well Baby, let me tell you …I went in met the fabulous Team , Kim touched my hair and said we can help … the consultation , the shampoo and the repair and WoW !
