Five Below — Local services in Charlotte

Acknowledging a customer when they enter is positive, but not screaming from the register. It makes everyone in the store stop and stare. It’s extremely uncomfortable. Then as a customer was leaving, an employee screamed at them from the other side of the store not to take the cart outside. It looked like she had a lot to carry so it made sense she needed to push it out to the curb. The employee, who looked like she slept in her work clothes, then ran to the front door to take the cart from the customer. I ended up leaving after watching this. I sure hope she wasn’t a manager. Driving around in this area and decided to stop by at thus 5 below to see if they had any different options than the one in Matthew's. Big location in a shopping center. There's a Target, Dollar tree and various restaurants and other stores in this shopping center. Various parking spots to choose from. They did have a lot of Halloween decorations out and had a lot more options and fully stocked on shirts and various halloween items that I can't find at my normal location in Matthew's.
