Placed my first online delivery order around 9:45 AM yesterday morning. I live in Raleigh & wanted to send cookies to my new employer to thank them for the warm welcome into the company. My new company is based in North Charlotte, less than a mile from this store. Spoke with a lovely lady named Daisha who answered my questions & assured me all would go well. I received a text at 10:30 AM informing me that the cookies were delivered, but what was odd is I never heard from my employer that the cookies were received. By 4 PM, I sent a text asking & turns out, the note that I'd included with my order (there's a section to add a note during the online ordering process), was not provided so they had no clue who'd sent the cookies. The director of my company called Crumbl Cookies to find out who'd sent them, but could not reach the anyone at the local store. His call kept going to a corporate location. Glad I followed up with a text! I called the store this morning to ask what had happened & spoke with Sienne who told me their printer was not working yesterday & apparently, no one thought to WRITE ON THE BOX who'd the cookies were from. Seriously??
Lesson learned. When sending cookies in the future, I'll be sure to follow up (hoping I'll get someone from the actual location & not corporate) to insure my order was processed properly. Not sure if this location is new or what, but that little snag shouldn't have happened especially considering how much the...
Read moreHorrible customer service! Walked in, noticed a special for a dozen donuts for $39.99. The 1 person working in the store was not attentive and would not greet or help us. We used the self-service kiosk. It rang us up at $50+. I went back to the counter. I said excuse me to the person working there, but she ignored me. I waited for about 5 minutes. She finally came over. I discussed the challenge with the $39.99 deal. She repeated that is was $50+. I then asked her to look at the welcome screen on the kiosk. She said she could not corrected it and needed assistance. Another person came out of the back. She was able to get the pricing corrected and was polite. She then went back to the back of the building. The young lady began building our dozen cookies out. When she gave them to us, I asked if she had any napkins. She pulled two of the last paper towels off the paper towel roll. I asked her if she could provide me with more paper towels due to purchasing a dozen cookies. She said she did not have any more in the building. I asked her again, did she have any more napkins. She said she did not have any more napkins in the building. Not sure how you can run an establishment in the food, industry without napkins. Terrible experience. The date was June 14...
Read morerecently visited this Location to redeem my birthday cookie freebie, as it is conveniently located near my workplace. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I have come to expect from Crumbl Cookies. I opted for curbside pickup because I had my young child with me, and I hoped this would facilitate a smooth transaction. However, the staff member who was responsible for delivering my order overlooked me entirely, approaching multiple other vehicles while I waved her down several times. This lack of attention was both frustrating and disappointing. After waiting without any acknowledgment, I felt compelled to exit my vehicle to retrieve my cookies. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an unfriendly and unhelpful teenage employee whose demeanor was surprisingly rude. This interaction left a negative impression and overshadowed what should have been a celebratory occasion. Given the consistently positive experiences I have had at other Crumbl locations, this incident was particularly disheartening. I regret to say that, based on this experience, I am unlikely to return to this location...
