I’m a regular Cava customer and typically have great experiences, but unfortunately, my first visit to this new location was very disappointing. The restaurant was not busy—just me and my partner—so I expected the same quality of service I’ve received elsewhere. Instead, I encountered unprofessional and discouraging behavior.
Ember, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. Every question I asked was met with a negative or dismissive response. Her coworker, Talia, had a similar attitude, making the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The only employee who demonstrated genuine professionalism and kindness was Charlotte, and I sincerely appreciate her efforts.
Based on this experience, I would like the opportunity to speak with the district manager if possible. I believe feedback is important to ensure Cava continues to deliver the great service it’s known for—and to address situations where that standard is not being met.

Read moreI was pretty disappointed, especially since this is a new location. I literally eat cava 2-4 times at week. I normally go to the university location but this location is closer to my house. First off, there was a long wait time to place my order and I was next in line. Then when I started ordering, the guy who was taking care of my order kept messing it up putting toppings that I didn't want. I also wanted a vegetarian bowl with falafel and he puts a big scoop of chicken in it. When I say no, I want vegetarian, he tried to scoop the chicken out of my bowl instead of making me a fresh bowl with what I wanted! When I got to the cold toppings nothing was stocked and some of the toppings were completely out! I would like a manager to contact me if they see this review because the staff needs to be retrained!
