Five Guys — Restaurant in Charlotte

This visit to the Charlotte, NC Five Guys Northlake location was very disappointing due to the rude and nasty manner of an employee. I was excited by the clean exterior and interior along with the delicious aroma only to receive rude and nasty service. I went in to order and asked if they had a menu for the visually impaired. The courteous cashier was trying to accommodate he  asked the staff in the back if there were any.  An angry voice yelled TAKE A PICTURE WE DON'T HAVE ANY.Then the owner of the loud nasty voice rudely shrugged his shoulders and threw up his hands in a dismissive manner. I guess the special needs of your customers don't deserve to be addressed nor considered. Your employee is a representative of your company when they are on the clock and should be trained to be more sensitive to customers with special needs. I absolutely love 5 Guys but the customer service from this girl at the register was really bad on this day. I came there for a pickup but she was not welcoming at all. I went to say hello to her and she didn't reply back and stared at me with an attitude. So when I told her I was there for a pickup, she walked off and talked with one of the cooks and walked out of the kitchen without assuring me I was gonna get my food. So I sat down and waited for 10 minutes and saw other people were getting their food. I stood up and asked one of the cooks if they had my order and they didn't know about it. I go to this spot all the time because it's convenient but now I'm going to another one. Horrible...

I have been craving a good burger for a while now and happened to stop by this spot Friday evening and I'm glad that I did!!! I ordered a bacon cheese burger (light mayo, light ketchup, light mustard, A1 sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & JALAPEÑOS) with a side of Cajun Fries OF COURSE. When I tell you that this burger HIT THE SPOT... it really did out due my expectations. The burger was PERFECT and nothing fell off and the fries were GREAT; nice, hot & seasoned. I initially was going to grab it to-go home but I decided to sit down and enjoy it right there on-the-spot... and I'm glad I did! It was well worth the $19.57 total. No regrets and I will definitely go back when that next burger...
