Sabor Latin Street Grill — Restaurant in Charlotte

Ordered through Doordash and it was a huuge disappointment. I ordered two authentic shredded chicken tacos, one shrimp, and one kids quesadilla meal. The menu said each taco would come with onion, cilantro, and lime. So since I ordered 3 tacos, I expected to get 3 limes. I ordered 3 additional limes and toppings for each tacos. So an additional.60cents per taco. The whole entire order came with literally two lime wedges….:after they were already supposed to come with one each…even though I paid for more. So tell me why you guys are charging for extra ingredients and we didnt get the minimum????? The shredded chicken was sooo dry and I couldnt even make it better by adding lime bc I didnt have enough. The chicken mustve been sitting out for awhile. The shrimp was not fresh, it tasted like it had been sitting uncovered in a fridge before cooking. I had one bite. The onion pieces were not chopped all the way. There were huge pieces of onion. My daughters quesadilla was barely a quesadilla. It was paper thin. It was as thin as the box it came in. Barely any cheese. And her corn was old and had no flavor at all. Not salty, not sweet, just straight bland. $9 for a pinch of cheese on a tortilla and a piece or corn. Waste of time and money....

Half the time they get my order wrong this time I took a pic I always get the empanadas the very first time I tried the I ordered 3 beef and one chicken. I like beef anything more then I like chicken. But I wanted to try both. When I got home I grabbed one and started to eat it I was like dang this is so good and it was the chicken then i proceed to eat the next one also chicken then the beef. I was like they got my order backwards. But I wasn't mad because the beef ones are no way as good as the chicken. So the next time I went I ordered all chicken when my order came out asked before I left. The guy said yes they are definitely chicken. And they were. One time I ordered again online on the order they ask who is picking up the food I put my friends name because I ordered for him. He got there they gave him a burrito and #1 didn't order a burrito I ordered empanadas #2 I put he was picking it up. My friend said the people at the counter were confused. So today my bf ordered 3 chicken empanadas guess what we got. THREE BEEF...

First visit to this location. I already know the food is typically good at a couple other locations. This one was a disappointment.

Oddly empty for between 5 and 6. Placed the order and went to prepare our drinks. No unsweet tea available. Getting the salsa....hmmm the mild salsa is completely empty. Go to the tables, the place is empty yet tables and chairs are not clean. Clean our own and visit the restroom. The door is difficult to close which I suppose is a good thing since there is no lock. One has to stand guard as a few customers enter the store. General cleanliness is lacking, spatter on the walls, glass and floors that match the tables and chairs crumbs. Still had a 98 5 score. Food arrives wrong. Brought a salsa tub when it should be guacamole and chips. Really fixed once we get the point across. The corn tortilla was both dry and greasy (how do you do that?) Taste of contents was fine except the quacamole seemed flat, missing something.

I'll stick to other older locations that are cleaner with more...
