Me and my fiancée went to see Ummi to get our eye brows done (because her website says she was open). Shortly after we arrived on the property an older lady came out from the front of the building to tell us that Ummi was not there and she would be back on Tuesday. As we were in the process of leaving (sitting in our car trying to find another place to go to for our brows), the same older (white) lady came out of the building and rudely told us move (I was parked directly behind her) because she was about to leave. So I moved into a parking spot on the property, and as she pretends to leave, she stops, gets out of her car, and comes to my window, and says we need to leave before we get towed while the car is still running. It is against federal law to tow someone while they’re inside of a running vehicle. We were literally about to leave and she impatiently stormed out (visibly perturbed) and verbally charged me.
