I can not speak highly enough about the team at Inner Peace Acupuncture! I worked primarily with Adrienne, but also worked with Tara to help me change all my products out to be clean when I first began my journey with then and Kylie towards the end of my pregnancy for labor induction appointments. All have been fantastic and I have felt so supported throughout my entire pre-pregnancy and pregnancy journey.

When I started with them almost a year ago, I was defeated trying to get pregnant. I felt overwhelmed by all the information on the internet, I had irregular and missed cycles and my doctors office took the typical medical route of blood work and saying give it more time. I had heard about Inner Peace from another client on a podcast and after doing my research decided to give it a try. I truly believe coming to Adrienne is the reason I am pregnant and about to give birth to my little one. Without her I truly feel like I would still be trying even a year later. It was wonderful to have a personalized plan for me and what I was dealing with. Not only did she help with lifestyle changes, but I felt like I was finally taking the right supplements to support my needs, had cleaned up my toxic products (something I hadn't even thought pre-seeing her and how they affected fertility) and most importantly help with my diet to best support my body. Even though changing my eating habits was hard, and sometimes she'd call me out for things that weren't helping me (pumpkin spice lattes with all that sugar!) I felt and saw changes that I knew were positive.

She was also such a great cheerleader. When I got pregnant the first time and lost it shortly after she reminded me to keep moving forward and helped get me back on track to try again. When I got pregnant a second time successfully she shared in my excitement and helped ease my mind during the first couple weeks when my doctor was being unresponsive to early blood work. She's been nothing but supportive for almost a year now, and I always felt like I was in good hands and deeply cared about. Not to mention my weekly & monthly apts were very relaxing for me and I've had some of the best naps there!

Yay how exciting. I really love the way Dr. Adrienne helped break it down on the habits and parts of my diet I needed to change to ensure a a better chance at getting pregnant, I found her unique fertility profile really helped look at the root cause and helped her cater to me in the way I needed to finally get pregnant. There were patterns I didn’t know I needed to change until met her. I am currently having the pleasure of visiting Inner Peace Acupuncture for a couple of sessions, and I must say, it is exceeding my expectations in every way.

I can not recommend Inner Peace enough. After two back to back missed miscarriages, I was desperate to rebalance my hormones, heal emotionally, and eventually try to conceive again.
