My friend and I made a visit to this pop up location on 11/15. The service was great and we enjoyed putting together our bracelets. Rating has more to do with the quality. I’ve worn my bracelet twice and the charms/ bracelet have started to tarnish. Quite disappointing for a bracelet I spent a little over $100 on. Both of our bracelets have tarnished. I have inexpensive jewelry I’ve purchased from Amazon that hasn’t tarnished and has lasted years. I am beyond obsessed with the experience I had here. I'm visiting from out of town and have been looking for a "charm bar". The ladies inside were so welcoming and helpful. I was able to customize the length of my necklace and pick exactly where I wanted each charm. There were SO many necklace and charm options. They really want you to make it your own and have fun doing it. The product is high quality and I've been wearing proudly it since my visit yesterday. I love Holst+Lee jewelry and was so excited when the store came to Charlotte! I have been several times and it is always a great experience! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
