I have not patronized the actual House of Africa yet, but I appreciate them being a sponsor of Charlotte's main Juneteenth festival. They have good vendors, and it's usually a family affair where even family pets seem to be enjoying themselves. My favorite is the vendor that comes from SC with the delicious pineapples.

Very cultured place. The people that work inside are knowledgeable and are willing to answer question whenever asked.

They are the ones that set up the Juneteenth parade every year so the parade is always in front of their store!!
