Ralph Lauren — Local services in Charlotte

My girlfriend and I went to shop for a birthday present. When we arrived, we spent almost 20 minutes looking for items ourselves and ultimately ended up in the fitting room, which only then toward the end of trying things on a saleswoman named Adriana asked if anyone was helping us.

While we were in the fitting room, she was attentive and regularly checked in on us. We decided to get one shirt, which she took from us and told us would be ready for us at checkout. After deciding on a second shirt, we went to checkout, noted that we wanted to do two separate transactions (one for each shirt), to which we checked out the second shirt with no problem. When I asked about the second shirt, it was not at the front, and she said she would go look for it “immediately.” Once we checked out the first shirt, Adriana began to help multiple customers after us, and in fact did not look for the shirt. This went on for another 15 minutes, and in between customers she stated she would go look for it, but never came back with it. Half-way through, another associate (name unknown) went up to my girlfriend and asked if we needed help, to which we stated the issue we were having, only to have them also do nothing about the situation. Eventually, the second associate came up to my girlfriend and told her to ask other associates for help because “as we can see” they are busy.

The shirt eventually was found, but throughout the entire process it was clear that the staff only cared about customers that appeared to be spending more money. Business cards were handed, promises to text customers about inventory were made, all while they continuously walked by and ignored us. We did not feel valued and felt judged for not buying in bulk like other customers. Likely will not...

This is the finer of the Ralph Lauren stores. Not the Polo Ralph Lauren.

We had just dined at Limani and headed over to have a cup of Ralph’s Coffee. I walked in & was greeted by Vanessa, she is helpful & knowledgable. I really like her personality! I was telling her a bit about the translational science I am doing to improve patient outcomes and the discoveries & progress I have made. Vanessa was attentive, kind & supportive of woman-led research.

What most store employees tend to forget is that when we walk in, we’re not just going to buy some thing, we bring our world with us, our tastes and our travels and then we make decisions on style.

I have become an influencer by chance with over 127M views and I love sharing about the people, places & things on Google Maps & my website when I have the time.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that Ralph Lauren has returned to Charlotte after so many years. The store opened in October of 2023 and from the decor outside to the inside is everything you'd expect from Ralph Lauren. Theo, the sales associate that was helping me was very professional and courteous. He explained that anything that I wanted if not in stock could be ordered and shipped to the store.

The reason for the 3 star review is that the selection was poor and very limited for the men's and women's section. From the outside, it seems that there is a second floor but there's not. So I was very disappointed because the stores in other cities such as Chicago and New York have possibly 3 times the selection.

This location does have Purple Label which is a plus, however I would like to see more selection in the future. Overall, I would recommend if you looking for something exclusive or need a more...
