April 2025 ..... Service completed on a watch. Excellent help as always from the Windsor staff. January 2025 ..... Another quality timepiece purchase. Matt was extremely helpful with the purchase. I can't say enough about the staff at Windsor, everyone really treats you well. It's especially great that they have technicians on site to work on jewelry and watches. Their insight and expertise is always helpful. Windsor's watch selection is one of the best in the city. And, service after the sale is another one of their positives. Timepieces are sent back to their manufacturers through the store to be serviced, Windsor handles all the details. February 2024 ..... Fourth watch purchased here and if that isn't an endorsement, I'm not sure what is. Heidi was so helpful with this purchase. She was really patient, kind, and professional. The sales staff are still very knowledgeable and helpful. Windsor has added Breitling to their lineup now with a full line of models to choose. If you're in the market for jewelry or a quality new or pre-owned time piece, you owe it to yourself to stop by and see their selection.
September 2023 Update.... Another excellent purchase on a quality timepiece. I've purchased three watches at Windsor so far and am thoroughly pleased with the purchase experience and extremely knowledgeable associates. I always learn something new about the watch market, insight & advice on the item I'm selecting, all while being treated well instead of "just another customer." It's actually a pleasure to make a purchase at Windsor. It's a rare thing to appreciate the personal experience in a sale as much as the purchased item. They have a great selection of jewelry as well...but this is the place to go for premium watches. Rolex, Tudor, Tag, Grand Seiko, Seiko, Norqain, Bell&Ross...plus a generous number of pre-owned timepieces.
August 2022 Update... Purchased a terrific and long sought after premium timepiece. Superior service and selection. No pressured sales, extremely knowledgeable staff, on-site watch service experts. I've purchased two watches from Windsor and really wouldn't go anywhere else. My thanks to David for the great service buying a timepiece.
Windsor Jewelers is THE preeminent watch store of Charlotte. I wanted a new watch and found that Windsor had a great selection of luxury and moderately priced time pieces. There are no other stores with such a comprehensive collection from various brands. I visited all the "mall stores" where you see the same things at the same prices...and sales people who keep asking if they can "wrap it up for me" pushing the sale. Nothing like that at Windsor. They have first-rate and knowledgeable sales help, highly trained and competent service, and reasonable pricing on luxury and better brand watches. Read moreI contacted Windsor on Saturday in reference to a rather hard timepiece to locate. Mike responded and held the watch for me today. Upon reviewing and loving the way the piece looked, I bought it. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by a friendly staff member and offered a drink! I waited for mike and he greeted me with a smile and was overall very helpful and kind.
After I asked for a minor change on the price, it all went down hill.
I get the typical customer probably goes in there, plunks down money and walks out with what they want. But I couldn’t help but feel out of place as I was there to buy a rather inexpensive (comparatively) timepiece. I entered, looked, asked for a little wiggle room, paid and left. Not very personable and I didn’t feel welcomed. The whole event went pretty much like this:
Walk in ask for the watch they held for me. I look at it for 3 minutes.
“Do you want it?” “Yes…”
Paid
“Thanks, bye”
I even attempted to make small talk noticing the salesman’s BB58 and that was a snub interaction.

Not so sure now, first watch had an issue and Windsor did correct it. Returned the first one, got the replacement, only to have the timepiece have yet another flaw (this time with the lume) and the bezel that was wildly loose. I asked if it felt loose to them and they looked at it, twisted and said “nah”. But I can wiggle the bezel up down and laterally. New watch, design problems arise, I get it.
I reached out the same day when I discovered the lume was defective and never heard back from Windsor’s. So I reached out to Hamilton directly and they are rectifying the issue. I contacted them stating that “I would just reach out” because again I felt like I was a burden to them.
I (or anyone for that matter) shouldn’t have to verify the watch is functioning correctly before I take ownership of it. I also should not have to reach out to the manufacturer myself to have it fixed.
However, Hamilton has been stellar in resolving the issue.
I likely won’t return, literally only came here because I asked for that piece, they held it and I wanted to be a man of my word and not waste their time. Seems like that’s all I accomplished...
Read moreCraig Massa, Seiko Luxe representative, invited me to a Seiko watch event at Windsor Jewelry store in Charlotte on June 23, 2023! I was introduced to Craig by Giancarlo Rosselli, founder Atlanta Watch Society club, and we have corrsponded with each other over the past 18 months via the Atlanta Watch Society club website and FB messenger about Seiko watches! Although I hadn't purchased any watches from Craig although he would congratulate me about my Seiko purchases but never pressed me to purchase from him! When I received the invite on Thursday to come to Windsor Jewelry I accepted and Friday morning I also received a response from Ben Simon welcoming me to attend! I made the one and a half hour drive to the event and it was awesome! As it was the first time I'd met Craig in person he was very warm and welcoming! I also met an Atlanta Watch Society club member William McDaniel for the first time and Craig was equally welcoming to him! He discussed the various Seiko Luxe watches on sale and really applied no pressure to purchase although he knew my eye was on the SPB385! The staff at Windsor was great, very helpful, answered questions, let us try on various watches and doing all of this with a smile! I would like to give Jackie Rowe a Shoutout as she worked with me purchasing the Seiko SPB385, ensuring I got my Seiko box, extra strap and fitted my new watch!
