DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. As a Cape Cod local, please trust me when I say this is one of the worst places I've walked into. I had a HORRIBLE experience there today. The workers were all such sweet girls- until someone, who I presume to be the manager, walked out. She stands in front of the changing room I'm in, and I hear her start whispering about ME. She was gossiping about my friend and I while we were in the rooms literally right behind her. Then in a rude tone she shouts to us "We close at 6" ... it was 5:35. They so clearly just wanted us gone. She then proceeded to whisper about the fact that I brought my SERVICE DOG IN TRAINING into the store with me. I even asked to bring him in and the two girls working the in front said yes. I left my clothes in there and walked to the desk with my one shirt. I honestly regret buying that tank top, both because of her behavior AND because it was $65. I later reverse image searched it and found it on Shein for less than $10. So TLDR: horrible manager and Shein clothing...

Do not shop here. Customer service was terrible. I purchased a sweater, and about thirty minutes later came back to return it because the fabric was not the best quality for such a high price. I was told the return policy was “exchange” only. I said that policy had not been disclosed at all, and was told “it’s on the receipt” - so after purchase. They also tried to point to a handwritten piece of paper folded under the cash register that you couldn’t even see. This is all in violation of Massachusetts state law. The employees then kept trying to push me to buy random stuff in the store I had to keep telling them I did not want, that I just wanted a refund and to return the sweater i had JUST purchased from them, unworn and still in the bag. Wish I had read the other bad reviews before shopping here -...

Took my girlfriend here to buy her a birthday dress, ready to buy her whatever she wanted. I was killing time on my phone while she was shopping and chatting with a helpful employee asking what seemed to be normal questions, the owner rudely interjected. I was put off by the owner’s tone and attitude, but decided to let my gf shop and stepped out of the store. After a few minutes went back in to check on my gf, and caught the owner talking to an employee about her. As the owner hid her head in shame I told my gf we are leaving, despite her having a nice time shopping with the employees.

After reading other reviews, and the owner’s reply to them. I assure you the only one “full of hate” is the owner of this store.
