In regard to your response - not true. If these matters had been clearly communicated (understanding the pandemic) I would have not given my watch to be serviced. 2 weeks ago I did speak with Scott and he said he expected my watch back by 7/15. 7/15 came and went without a call and when calling Chatham jewelers they just said “it’s in TX with no update on when it will be received”. I fully understand the “constraints” during these times but it is important to communicate this with clients & at least return calls. Also, not sure who I spoke with in Scott’s absence but they were both rude & unhelpful....

Horrible business practices. I was promised a serviced Rolex by 7/15 from Scott the owner (they took possession of the watch over 3 months ago) and not only was it not delivered, I have left 4 messages for Scott to get definitive information on my watch with no return call. Having to go to small claims court to resolve....

I brought a watch in for repair to Chatham Jewelers after having a new battery put in a couple of days ago by another jeweler in another state and despite the new battery, the watch stopped working. The jeweler at Chatham was going to send it out for repair but after I explained we were only in Chatham for a couple of weeks, he offered to check the battery to make sure that it was in fact a new battery. He checked the battery, it was new, and he cleaned the gunk out of the watch. The watch now works fine. He did not charge me anything. Obviously the first jeweler never cleaned it out. I would highly recommend Chatham Jewelers. Also, they have beautiful jewelry which I intend to check out before we leave to continue...

If I could give them a million stars I would. Not only do they have amazing in-stock pieces, they do phenomenal custom work as well. I originally was referred to them when I was trying to convert a pair of inherited earrings into a necklace, and have used them for all of my jewelry needs since. Most recently, I discovered a problem with my original engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) and was devastated — the whole staff, but especially Emily, Kevin, and Carolan, could not have been kinder or more patient as they helped me design something new. They are honest and trustworthy, and a true pleasure to work with. Whether you have big or small needs, I cannot recommend them...
