Nastassja Moore is absolutely amazing and truly has a gift for her work. It’s clear she does her “homework” and stays up to date on the newest trends and best products/services to offer her clients.

Not only is she super personable, but she is also a “unicorn” in the Botox/cosmetic injector industry… She takes the time to tailor your treatment to your specific muscles, face shape, etc. instead of just offering the same procedure across the board like most do.

She’s mastered the art of creating the most natural results without overdoing it and looking fake. My mom, aunt and I all were so excited to see that she was back again after having to take a leave of absence to battle stage 4 cancer… She’s honestly an inspiration and has such a positive outlook on life with an infectious energy that lifts you up. She has set the bar pretty high, so it’s been difficult to find anyone that compares.

Her skincare specialist, Kristy Palomino, is also a wonderful human being and a “master of her craft” too. Their office is welcoming, friendly, and you are guaranteed to always leave there feeling revived and more confident in your appearance.

Dearest ONE STAR Amanda Olney, I also had a cancelled appointment. They call early because of customers like me who drive hours to be treated at All About Face by Nastassja. First I’d like to say…It is your loss that you gave up a chance to be treated by such an artist!!! You can’t even fathom her following. She is a survivor and a fighter and she has managed to keep her dream going while she has been out with stage 4 breast cancer. Something she will have to battle everyday along with her young son at her side. You should really consider how you have made yourself look in front of all of Google and the Chattanooga area. Nastassja educates, cares, is a perfectionist when it comes to our beauty, and is beautiful inside and out. She does not deserve your harsh words. May God allow you to recall this in your future. I have been going to Nastassja for more than 11 years and she has been nothing but professional and amazing. She ALWAYS gave me straight up truth in what she felt I needed, it wasn't EVER about the money. It was about providing me a great result based on her expertise and opinion on what she felt would benefit me the most. I would recommend her ten fold. She has had some health issues over the years and has had to reschedule my appointment but I NEVER looked at it as being unprofessional. As with anyone, you have to take care of your health FIRST. It saddens me that some would give her a bad rating when you don't know the whole story.
